Hi Everyone.

The first South American concert last night in Guadalajara was a rousing sucess, with a huge turn out. Reading the Guy’s tweets, tells us they had a great time!

The concert tonight, October 5th is Puebla Mexico at the Auditorio Siglo XX1.

The Auditorio Siglo XXI is an venue located in Puebla Mexico. Opened in January 2005, The building is located very close to the shopping area Angelópolis. The capacity is 5000 people. The project is designed to preserve and promote culture. The whole project was the result of the creativity of the Mexican architect Pedro Ramírez Vázquez.

Twitters, Tweets and Keeks:
Piero just tweeted a short time ago “On our way to #PUEBLA”
Gianluca tweeted “On our way to airport to #Puebla”

Check out Mundial for some good photos and video’s from last night’s concert!
See Team Il Volo Blogspot for a nice article done in Mexico “Il Volo Makes the Girls Melt” Gianluca commented “We love Mexico, is really beautiful, we are very excited.”

Il Volo has a grueling 6 weeks of concerts ahead, we wish them God Speed, our wish for them is to stay positive and keep up their energy with some Occasional R&R!!!

Love and Luck tonight Piero, Ignazio and Gianluca!!

  1. Thanks Linda! I learned a lot – I can’t wait to look up the Mexican architect Pedro Ramírez Vázquez.

  2. It sure is quiet without Marie. I hope she is having a great time bonding with her sisters. There are a few videos on YouTube from the Guadalajara concert. You can see and hear the roar from the fans. Our guys are really loved and popular there. Gianluca send another GQ photo earlier and he sure looks terrific! Oh how I miss him, and them! Well it’s getting late and I guess I’ll go watch Gian’s Aranjuez again. Love that song. Sweet dreams everyone.

  3. Yes, indeed this whole tour has been very tight on time. Too many sessions of concerts day after day after day with no down time. This Mexico thing is an example. They had some problems with altitude the last time they were here. So, I hope they do some good pacing on vocal work. I do not view this as two tours. I view it as one long tour with 4 days of break in the middle. From Aug. 25 thru Nov. 11 and 40 plus concerts – that is a lot of singing in a short time period. And it is not just any singing it is “high Octane” singing – powerhouse singing.

  4. Has anyone managed to find the words to Aranjuez? I tried on the lyrics translate site and it wasn’t there… I’m very curious as to what the “melodrama” is all about.

  5. Thank you so much, Lijoy. It makes listening much more enjoyable when you know what they are singing about!!
