SOLD OUT…two of the most beautiful words in the English language!! These words make us beam with pride when we see them on a theater marquee along with our other two favorite words: IL VOLO. It warms our hearts to see these words lighted up across our country as the boys make their way from east, a bit north, then south and on west. Reminiscent of “from sea to shining sea,” and we say about them, “Oh beautiful for glorious voices, for glowing faces, for hearts overflowing with love for the fans that greet them with cheers and standing ovations whenever they appear on stage.”
SOLD OUT: It says it all about how these young men have captured us with the charm and talent that has caused us to flock to their concerts by the pure force of it without any help from publicity or hype. One look and listen and we were theirs. When the guys see the SOLD OUT signs as they approach new venues, we hope that seeing them conveys how much we love and appreciate them, and how joyful we are to have our adopted sons back with us in our homeland.

More and more people are discovering Piero, Ignazio and Gianluca and loving them! I was very happy to see that the concert I attended in Easton was sold out also.
I totally agree with everything you said. Great post today. Can you imagine what kind of reception they would be getting here in the US if there had been the right kind of promotion. WOW.

There is nothing better for Il Volo than to see SOLD OUT on the Marquee… They are seeing that in so many cities as they travel across America… I am happy for them and proud that we, the Il Volo family support them in this way… I was in Detroit, wow did they deliver, I will see them in Las Vegas, Los Angeles, and Temecula… I wish I could see them in more concerts… They are just that wonderful
Mary, that was beautiful. I, too, am thrilled when I see the Sold Out signs. I wish I could go to every one of their North America concerts. But since that is impossible, I am eagerly looking forward to Las Vegas and the FanFaire!
I’m with you Allene. I am so beyond excited about Las Vegas and the Fan Faire. On 3/17/16 I will be celebrating my 70th bday. My family is throwing a big party on the 19th. The trip for 5 days
to see our boys in concert is one of their gifts. Can’t wait to meet all of those going. Some friends are joining me and my sister at the concert. I have converted them and others. They just needed to watch the PBS specials and a few videos and they were hooked.
