What a great time we had at the Il Volo Fan Faire, especially when the guy’s showed up with Barbara. The concert was out of this world. I had 2nd row seat’s, right behind Jeanette.
I hope they come back to Vegas next year, it is the perfect venue (except for Italy)

Il Volo Las Vegas ❤ A few more photos. This time with my aunt was special from beginning to end. It was my first time seeing the boys in concert and it was beyond incredible. Their music was a balm to my heart bringing me closer to my mother with every song they sang. They have awakened in me an even deeper appreciation of how music can inspire & heal. I just wanted to let you know I recruited two more that attended the Oklahoma City concert and now are Il Volo vans. Janet and Terry, her husband.
The concert was great and I wouldn’t have missed it for anything. I hope some day to attend another concert and Meet and Greet. Love Il Volo.

These are all such great photos. Was so incredibly fun meeting so many of the faces from here. Just walking through the casino, restaurants, pool area… people would stop you when they saw the lanyard and strike up a conversation. So many of these folks seemed to connect so easily…but then that’s what IL VOLO LOVE does to all…connects you heart to heart!
All these photos are so beautiful, Marie! I’m excited that you included mine. First concert that I was free to take photos during the show; it was such a treat!

I do know that I felt like all three were cuddled around me during the photo. It doesn’t show in the picture, but I so remember that cozy nurtured feeling! And what a special opportunity to be able to give them a special note. (I waited 2 years for that!)

Ineke, hello. How are you? I hope you had a comfortable trip back home. It was such a pleasure meeting you and being at the same table . I tried emailing you a few times to just let you know my son’ s condition after his liver transplant during IL VOLO’s concert. It was a miracle indeed. (8:00 PM 3/25/16) so unexpected. I cried during the beautiful concert and for my son’s second chance in life. He is doing well.

Yes, Marie, my sweet niece Laura is so lovely. She really loved the boys and was really surprised when Ignacio waved to her at the theatre – and she loved it. I think I know who her favorite is now. lol
Thank you for posting these pictures of the Fan Faire … It was such a grand event, my only disappointment is that I was not able to spend more time with each and everyone who was attended… I thought we had all the time in the world to get acquainted, but time went so fast that I think the entire event was on fast forward…
Our guys really were surprised to see so many fans and from all over the world… It was truly a day to remember and live over and over again in our minds and hearts… These pictures will certainly help us all do that…

AMEN to that, Jeannette. I love reading each person’s take on the Fan Faire. Each one gives a different angle. for Jeannette and me there are two targets: did the boys enjoy it ? AND did the fans enjoy it ? We know from the boys talking to them on March 25 late, 26th late, April 1st, and 2nd very late – that the boys loved and were surprised by what you all did. We are hearing from you all in such a nice and supportive way. That means a lot.

Hey Marie thanks for the pictures they bring back so many great memories for me even though I didn’t get to go to the formal meet and greet like so may of you ladies got to just being in the same room at the Fan Faire event and being that close to Piero that was better than I could have hoped for maybe some year I’ll figure it all out. until then I have the wonderful experience in Las VEgas. What a Day that Friday was.

Thank you, everyone! I’ve been able to capture and save so many photos, my scrapbook is just bulging! Las Vegas was an event to remember, seeing our guys up close and meeting so many of you all. Thanks especially to Jeanine for suffering through the night listening to my cough! I’m still working on that! And special thanks to you, Marie for your welcome and fun time spent together. Hi LindaP, yes I am safely back in South Africa. The flight was OK but between the serious jet lag and a bad cold, I was out of action for a full week! I now have such sympathy and understanding for our Guys when they fly around the world.

Ciao Prese, so nice to hear that your son is doing well, just know that these days the doctors are getting more and more advanced in surgery techniques. Also thank you for the photos, my family thinks that I have been very adventureous and they love your and all the other photos which I manages toI show on a TV screen from my laptop.

It was a long trip flying back into the future – we are eight hours ahead of the USA, and I had serious jet lag! Our poor Il Volo guys having this problem all the time!!!
Zdena, thank you so much for your kind words. My granddaughter Zoe is a cake baker. She only takes special order and her work is fantastic. I will tell her you all liked the cakes. Belated happy bday to you as well. Mine was actually St. Patrick’s Day 3/17. I hope we all meet again. I will always treasure that special day in March in Las Vegas. Always.
