Unfortunately, my alarm will still ring at 7a tomorrow morning, although I came close with the Power Ball number, it was 3 and I had 4 (for Igna’s birthday, of course!) Yes, I used the guys’ birthdays, but they were not close, except for 26, near Piero’s. 🙁

I think I would wind up changing my mind. Instead of wine I would save my tummy for all the food I have seen in ITALIAN cook books. I am weak when it come to calories. I would want to go everywhere but if I had to choose then Tuscany area.

San Giorgio di Pesaro where my grandfather was born. I just recently connected with relatives there through Facebook. After that Venice and Verona . Venice because it is Venice and Verona because of Juliet. Silly or not, I would love to see it. But really, there are dozens of places in Bella Italia I would love to see. If I won enough money I would see Il Volo somewhere Italy. Sicily looks beautiful.

Gina, I look forward to Tuscany, I love Tuscany, I’m 40 years old going to the sea in Tuscany.
The coasts are beautiful and magnificent art cities.
My favorite is definitely Firenze and last year for the Notte Magica concert I found for the night a very nice room, with the Florentine cotto floor, opening the windows doors I saw Piazza della Signoria, wonderful.
And then Pisa, Siena, San Gimignano, rare jewels.
As soon as you win the lottery I expect you.

I have missed you guy’s. Last Thursday I was rushed to the hospital and was diagnosed with a bleeding ulcer. I had to have two blood transfusions!
I wanted to play my Il Volo music on my iPhone but the battery went dead and I did’nt have my charger with me.
I made up for it as soon as I returned home. Next week I fly to Oahu to have heart surgery. Wish me luck!
By the way, there is a doctor in the emergency room of my local hospital, that looks exactly like Piero!

Jana, if I win the lottery I pay the whole crew the ticket to come to Italy. As Jill said, my husband does not travel by plane.
Do you think that in August we want to go to Sicily, by plane it’s an hour to travel, but we will go in the car and can be 10 hours without stopping.

Jill, your surgery will be fine, you might be asked to be assisted by a doctor who resembles Piero.
I’m sorry about the shelter you’ve got, but remember never to forget about recharging batteries, it’s better to withstand the disadvantages.

In the mid seventies while stationed in Germany my family came to an Italian beach and we visited Vicenza and Venice.
After I saw the movie “Under the Tuscon Sun” I always wished to come and see the beauty of the countryside.
We can always dream and if I win the big lottery then we can have a
Flight Crew reunion someplace where the boys were singing.
I will pay.
GIna, that film is really sweet, and the Tuscan hills are as well.
The beaches you could see on the Venetian coast are beautiful but nothing to do with those of the Tyrrhenian Sea, the Venetian beaches are very long and wide, the Tuscan ones are short but with very romantic, less populated coves, much more contact with nature.
So if you win I expect you all here.
Daniela, I would go back to Firenza to see David, Positano to drink espresso and eat pastries.,and then San Gimignano just because the drive to San Gimignano is breathtaking.

Last year after the Notte Magica concert, we stopped to sleep at Firenze and the next day we went to Siena with the intention of having lunch there but it was Palio’s day and they closed the streets, so after a quick visit to Siena we are go to San Giminiano and have lunch there.
Daniela, I have mixed feelings about the Palio, the men have a choice to run or not. The horses do not have a choice. It is very dangerous and there are many crashes and injuries. If anyone is interested you can google Palio in Siena.
My name Paliobeis is a combination of Greek and Turkish. Palio in Greek is “Old” and Beis or Bey in Turkish is “Ruler or Lord” similar to Mr. it was a nickname of my husbands grandfather.

Thank you Daniela, Penina and Rose Marie for your good wishes😘 I did’nt ask Piero’s lookalike if he could sing, but even if he could it would’nt be as good as Piero. My doctor in Honolulu does not resemble any of our guy’s, but he is the best heart doctor in Hawaii, so I will have to be content with him! I will remember to take my iPhone charger with me so I can play their music in the hospital.
And maybe your earphones. Although everyone in the hospital can benefit from listening to Il Volo!

Ahhhh a pirate wining a lottery would be the hearts delight! I’d swagger off to Italy in a trice. While in the Eternal City of Roma, I would first pay my respect to The Captain of Us All at St. Peters in Vatican City. Then perhaps a journey to the city I missed the first time I was in Italy which was the great city of Milano! Maybe a quick trip to Sanremo to relive the thrilling victory our sweet IL VOLO had not that long ago. But then a trip to Sicily because island life is more to the taste of us pirate folks. I hear tell there be a merman of Naro who frolics in the blue blue ocean over there. I shall seek that one out! Piero! Be mine!
