We just learned that Spain has been cancelled. We are very saddened by this as I heard their last 2 Ukraine concerts were cancelled as well. Enjoy Moscow!
To paraphrase James Bond…. “To Russia, with love… from Il Volo!” Did you know that according to some trivia, Italians refer to James Bond’s character as “kiss, kiss, bang, bang!” ? Tonight, Il Volo did not need any guns to keep a captive audience; their mere presence alone was enough to stun and hypnotize their fans. From beginning to end, they kept you on the edge of your seat with one amazing feat of song after another. They dazzled with death-defying high notes, to spine-tingling low notes, and arias! Always amazing; always getting their man (or woman), to experience new heights, never before seen or heard. Giving us chills and thrills as only they can do! Their voices lifting you to the highest mountain-tops, to the depths of the deepest oceans. From Crocus City Hall, here is,

Thank you Olga for posting this concert and Daniela for finding it. I noticed watching the concert that Ignazio was drinking water very often and at times his facial expression was a little strained.I hope whatever it is that it is not too serious. I guess we will find out in time. With all the concerts and travelling they must be exhausted.!! Get well soon (whomever is ill) and best wishes.

As I suspected, it is our dear sweet ignazio that was requested to take a few days rest. I noticed in the last few concerts, he was not sounding his best.

Hi everyone, today was a day of continuous messages after the news that the Madrid concert had been canceled.
A statement from Spain says that one of the three is indisposed and since we all saw Piero and Gianluca in great shape at the sea, we thought of Ignazio.
It is a short while ago the official announcement that Ignazio was forced to resign because it is not good, it seems a tonsil problem.
Spanish fans before receiving this confirmation were very angry because it was not just a ticket that would be refunded, but many of them had to book airplanes and hotels, furthermore it just seemed an excuse for the guys because tomorrow they to be present at an interview and on Sunday will be on stage at the Win Summer Festival in Rome.
Hi All: I just read on other fan sites too that Ignazio is not well and that the Madrid concert is cancelled. My heart just skipped a beat on hearing this. Some of you noted that he didn’t seem up to par and was drinking a lot of water at one of the concerts! Let’s pray that he recovers soon with the help of Alessandra and mama Boschetto and plenty of chicken soup🐥❤️
After the wonderful concert in Moscow , it’s hard to believe that Ignazio was having throat problems. Most tenors when confronted with swollen vocal cords, tonsillitis and so many things that effect the delicate instrument of the voice . Some singers opt for lower range just to get by. Ignazio is a true Tenor, never misses his beautiful bell tone high notes. He is amazing. He has the heart of a Lion and the courage of a Matador . The IL Volo team is loved the world over. We are all stunned by this news and pray together . Ignazio, Gianluca, and Piero, God Bless You All.

This post was about the Moscow concert, and Jana was really nice to write “From Russia with love” by quoting 007, I would say that we have really seen so much love in Russia as well.
The girls donated so many flowers and followed them in their walks.
It’s really nice to see how much affection runs around Piero Ignazio and Gianluca.
They have been going non stop to these concerts for how long now? They have had no proper rest, no wonder if one of them is sick and if the constant singing every night it is bound to aggravate their voices. They may be young but the body can only perform for so long before it is going to begin to break down. Now folks we have to start praying that Ignazio get well soon. How much longer until the concerts are finished. Is Ignazio’s mother & Alessandra travelling with them??
I often wonder how Piero, Ignazio and Gianluca manage to stay as healthy as they do considering all the Meet and Greets and interaction with so many fans and others. Then take into consideration the constant traveling, all the wonderful concerts, interviews, appearances at other events, and even their participation in a movie. They really have had few days in a row to relax and spend time with family and friends. I always keep them in my prayers and I hope Ignazio will soon be well. Hopefully, Piero and Gianluca will have time to relax and take it easy also.
