It is the first time that Il Volo performs in Umbria, another beautiful Italian region. Marsciano is a town in the province of Perugia, the “Music for the villages” event takes place here.

Il Volo captures 4 thousand spectators in Marsciano with Musica per i Borghi
The trio of singers performed an emotional concert.
Marsciano, a small town in Umbria, hosted a very successful musical event on July 28th. The final Musica per i Borghi concert attracted an audience of 4 thousand people to the ‘Alberto Checcarini’ municipal stadium. The trio of singers known as Il Volo, composed of Piero Barone, Ignazio Boschetto and Gianluca Ginoble, performed an exciting concert, accompanied by a large orchestra.
Il Volo presented the repertoire that made them famous during their 15-year career, offering the public evocative and emotion-rich performances. The event was a great success among the organizers and the municipal administration of Marsciano, who expressed their satisfaction at having brought artists of national caliber to their city.
The mayor of Marsciano, Michele Moretti, praised the Musica per i Borghi festival for bringing music and artists to the area. He underlined the importance of events like this for the valorization of the city beyond its territorial borders.
Francesco Narducci, president of the Musica per i Borghi association, expressed pride in the progress of the festival, which saw the participation of top-level artists. He also announced that the organization is already working to prepare a next edition that lives up to expectations.
The director of the festival, Valter Pescatori, underlined how the final evening of Musica per i Borghi is always a very important event in the Umbrian summer. This year, with the Il Volo concert, the stadium was packed in every row of seats.
And finally, on 29 July in Sirolo, a municipality in the Marche region, there was an event which saw Tipografia Flamini receive the nomination of Ambassador of Kindness Company with this motivation:
”For the sensitivity and support of social projects that benefit the local and national territory.”
The award was presented to 𝗚𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗹𝘂𝗰𝗮 𝗚𝗶𝗻𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲, our Ambassador of Kindness.
Many compliments to Gianluca, our kind ambassador, still many nice recognitions for the Il Volo tour which is proving to be much appreciated.
There are three concerts left before the 2-week stop for our boys, concerts which I will give you a review of when I return from Sicily, where I am heading for a week.

Another wonderful article about all the guys travels, thanks to both of you Daniela and Pat! It’s wonderful to see every concert sold out and amount of love poured out for them. I like seeing them show their personalities and laughing at each other….just like brothers, although I think maybe Igna gets a bit carried away sometimes teasing Piero about what seems to be a very sensitive subject. Piero has not had the success in his lovelife that the other two have had, it makes me a little sad to see him hurt or maybe just angry.
I’m proud of Gian getting another award as Kindness Ambassador , he is so sweet and sensitive, a young man full of love, respect and kindness!
Can we expect another announcement of Ignazio and Michelle’s wedding in those two weeks….perfect time!

I don’t think Ignazio’s wedding will be in his August weeks, I think they will really have two weeks of relaxation, but that’s my opinion, obviously……we’ll see!
Why wasn’t there a video of Gianluca singing a solo–he has such a beautiful voice.
Jeanne, in reality there is a video of Gianluca’s solo and exactly LA CURA, of course whoever made it filmed it from afar, but his beautiful voice can be heard very well.

These three are like the ingredients of a wonderful sweet and creamy fudge, which is quite hard to accomplish sometimes. The sugar, cream and butter have to be blended just right for a perfect product. They, Gian, Igna and Piero have accomplished this perfectly in their rendition of Se. I absolutely agree with you Dolores, and what a beautiful comparison you made, and that’s right, they are certainly excellent singers, but it’s also the whole thing that pleases us and makes us dream and smile.
Piero was, at one time, very much in love with Valentina and couldn’t say too many times “Ti Amo” to her. They were both young and, as happens, it didn’t last. But, at the time, it seemed very serious. This was way before Gian and Igna got serious over their special ladies. Remember??? 💔💔🤩🤩

I just returned from northern Sicily, RoseMarie, I was in Palermo and Cefalù. I didn’t go to our guys’ cities, because I knew that they were on tour in this period. Unfortunately I couldn’t see Il Volo sing in Palermo for 15 days, I’m very sorry.

Thank you so much, Carol. I had carpal tunnel surgery and two trigger finger releases on my left hand. The right one will be next. Had both done by my hand surgeon 36 years ago and, YES, it can come back! Luckily the same doc who performed it last time is still practicing in my home town about 30 min away! I told him I didn’t know it could come back and he told me I use my hands a LOT! I do….gardening, cross stitching and working on this keyboard! 😀🤣 Part of it is also due to the scar tissue from last time. But this too shall pass. Maybe one day I can quit having surgeries! Thanks for the love and prayers! 💗
Jude, certainly the Monte Carlo audience is a very different audience from what we are used to, but I think it is also an audience that doesn’t forgive much, but that knows how to appreciate if the level is high and I think they really appreciated it.
Gianluca loves love and can’t do without it, but when it’s true love I think his happiness will be immense.

Daniela – I wanted to tell you something I happened to see on ‘Facebook’ about Piero – uploaded on ‘Reels’ there were about eight stunning photos of Piero – just his face with the background music ‘Sicilian Romance’ written & played by Ernesto Cortazar – Piero looked so beautiful & the pics reflected his amazing soul – I felt it was a privilege to view these pics – if only I could see them again – they made a deep impression on me – I wished you could have seen them too – I know you would love them – much love.
