As we head for Eurovision, we wanted to give you a special lesson hosted by all 3 of us! Just a quick lezione on numbers, days of the week, and months of the year; so you can keep track of our schedule in Italian! We, of course, will be preparing for our win at Eurovision with Grande Amore and we certainly have Grande Amore for all of our fans! So we will be taking a little hiatus for a few weeks!
How to count from 1 – 10…
0 zero (remember the “z” is like an “s”)

Days of the Week (from about.com)
The days of the week (i giorni della settimana) are not capitalized in Italian. The week begins with Monday. Notice all of the accents on the “i” for Monday – Friday!

Jana , when I was a kid in Boston the Italian kids yelled at me ” You’re crazy”. It sounded like Te pazzo . They had another word after that that sounded like “wyo”. What could it be? Joanie g
