Il Volo HOT in Philly!

The performance was HOT in Philly!   Il Volo was HOT and so was the Tower Theatre – literally it must have been 100 degrees!  The Tower Theatre, known for its great acoustics and unusually warm temperatures did not disappoint – both were apparent Thursday night! Piero, Ignazio and Gianluca’s solos were amazing.  The view from the front row – TOTALLY AWESOME!

A few words from the guys as they make their way to Boston!!!

“Piero Barone Il Volo ‏@piero_barone Bye bye #Philadelphia! On the way to #Boston”

“Gianluca Il Volo ‏@GianGinoble   Beautiful night.. WE LOVE YOU PHILLY!!!! #wearelovetour2013″

“ignazio boschetto ‏@IBoschetto  Too much fun!! http://www.keek.com/!QvDidab

“Gianluca Il Volo ‏@GianGinoble  I think of you”

  1. Michele, it is 3 in the morning and you’re still up. It really is that HOT in Philly! Glad that you have the front row seat. So make sure to tell us all those tiny little details about our guys. Especially my GG, how do you like his beard? And their hairs, their clothes…

Gianluca, Piero, Ignazio have a safe trip to Boston. Wish I can see you there. But for now I just have to settle for YouTube and watch all the wonderful solos over and over again. Thanks guys, good night and sweet dreams.

  2. Michele, I just hate calling you out in public when your wrong but…I heard the air conditioning was stuck on 40 degrees. People in back were freezing! You, however, were directly in front of Ignazio! Of course it was 100 degrees there!!! Silly girl!

  3. Michele, I am sitting on the edge of my chair waiting to hear all about your experiences at the concert. Being up so close to Piero must have been a terrific experience. That fabulous voice of his sends me into the stratosphere!

  4. I was at the concert in Upper Darby. The concert was wonderful, the boys were superb. Yes, the theatre was hot, extremely! Ignatzio took his jacket off, Piero took his jacket off, Gianluca stayed in his complete suit looking terrific. After awhile,Ignatzio too his vest off. Their solos were out standing. I could not believe the show was not sold out. There was a section of empty seats. Were they scalper sears. Wish they had a different system of selling tickets.

  5. I wish I could have seen the Philly concert. I remember that theater from years ago.

  6. The theatre is not in the best section of the town. My husband and I were surprised when we got there. Yes, my husband took me for our anniversary. He also enjoyed them very much. Not like I did ,in fact, we were on the upper level and I was one of the people standing and clapping after each song. I can’t wait for New York. Daughter, grand daughter and I are will be there. No meet and greet, however. like I said before, it was very hot! The boys couldn’t have been better!
