I’ll be kicking off their tour in Buffalo!!! One of my students who is a senior is so excited to come with me. I’d love to meet other Il Volo fans there!

Waiting for my daughter Kim to come back from her vacation and then we will buy the Dallas tickets which supposed to go on sale on the 28th. I hope there is a positive response so they do not cancel. I am same distance from Austin but so far no one posted any ticket information. Next would be San Antonio and they are the most likely to fill up.
I would love to go to Hershey, but I was told tickets don’t go on sale till Friday and I’m not sure of what they will cost. So it all depends, but it will be a shame because they will only be 30 min from me.
I am sorry if some of you can’t get to Las Vegas. I just looked at the list and was astonished! I am weeping and overwhelmed. Seriously!! I can’t believe that I will be meeting so many of you after all this time!! I have been “talking” and sharing with some of you for nearly three years! Two years here and a year on the “old Site”. I am so Happy! In fact…so happy that I have to do this again!
I am clapping along because happiness is seeing my name on the list among all of you. This time I will also be part of the IL VOLO concerts, seeing Gianluca, Ignazio and Piero ‘up close and personel’!!!!!!!!

Marie, I have a couple of questions. Is everyone calling the hotel on August 28 to get good seats? Do you think we will get a group rate at the hotel (Myron)? I want to stay there for the convenience and action!lol Fly in the night before. I would like to stay an extra day and not leave the next day but leave on March 27 but only if other people will be there. Anyone?
anncruise, that is our exact plan from Minnesota. Fly in 24th, fly out 27th. So, there will be 8 of us for sure doing that. Have not heard of a group rate yet for tickets. Yes, we are staying at the Palms. Can’t wait to meet you!

Ann, I have to leave the first two questions for Myron. I have already booked my ROOM at the Palms. Was afraid to wait. Booked it for concert night and the night before. I may stay one more night. Not sure yet. There shouldn’t be a problem with the hotel on that extra night if I decide to stay.
When you call for room reservations tell them you are part of the Myron Heaton Il Volo group. That gets you into our group and a discount on room price. If they have a question have them check with Collene Cage in Special events dept. I am suggesting coming in for the night of the 24th as well (two nights ).

I hope to be going to Las Vegas with one of my daughters, possibly both of my daughters. One of my daughters and I will be coming from Idaho and if my other daughter comes she will be coming from Arizona. (She thinks I should be going to the concert there, but I really want to go to Vegas. In all honesty I would like to go to both.) I have been a fan since seeing them on their first PBS show. I have never been to one of their concerts before.

Harriet, I bought my tickets for Chicago theatre last week when they called me before it was on the air Monday! You can call PBS for $150 main floor. Don’t know how much ticketmaster sells them for. Will see you at the theatre!!!
Great, Marie! Are there two of us with Tippy as a name? That’s what my family & friends call me. It is in my Email address. I see a Tippy under Miami & I am not going there. In San Jose there will be four of us. Myself, son Dan & his wife, Nancy & a fourth person. I am assuming tickets will be sold in pairs. When the first Grandbaby came along my husband called me Grandmommy Tippy Toe! That was from a game we all played as children. One person was It, players would chant, Grandmommy Tippy Toe lost her needle & couldn’t sew. Whose children are you? Forgot to mention we stood in a circle around the It child. We would all scatter & It would tag someone & the game would start again. Nonsense game! Of course the nickname was shortened to Tippy! My kids call me that & I am Tippy to my many Grandchildren & all their friends! My kids do call me Mother or Mom but frequently they say Tippy.

I will be going to Las Vegas. Going to be there from the 24th-27th. It would be great if we could get a group rate for the Palms. I think there are enough of us that want to stay there.
I also hope to go to the concert in Denver and from there fly to Vegas. It just depends on whether my sister will be available for a visit and concert at that time. She lives in Boulder.

Marie, I am planning on going to Orillia, even though I think they are totally MAD not to mention deluded to have chosen it as a venue. I just hope the weather cooperates and that those going–not to mention the Il Volo bus–don’t get stuck in a blizzard on country roads. I am very uneasy about this!

Canada? Heck no! I won’t even move to Dresden, Ohio and it’s only 7 miles north from me! Besides…it looks like Jane and I are staying in Vegas. That is if Jane can fit into the top part of a showgirl costume.
Marie, where do I get my badge? I want everyone to know I am part of the most awesome “IL VOLO” fan club and most devoted. Also, the best looking ladies around. We will be staying across the street from the palms at the RIO HOTEL & CASINO since it is owned by the Caesars entertainment Group, we get our room free up to 5 nights. It really is not free if you think about how much you lose getting to the tier of player to get these perks. No matter, it’s fun.
We will be in Vegas on 10/5 – 10/9/15 to see Celine Dion at Caesars. Have seen her before and she puts on a great show but I love “IL VOLO’S” concert more, bands down. So excited can’t hardly contain myself. My bday is on March 17, (St. Patrick’s Day) and my daughter asked when the concert was in Vegas because my family is throwing a 70 yrs party for me. I might even get a ticket as a gift like last time. Yaaaah.

Marie HOPEFULLY going to Buffalo, & Orillia if we all don’t get snowed in as well as Las Vegas & possibly Los Angeles since I’ll be down that way & MAYBE Temucula but thats iffy. I am having a hell of a time trying to get through to Ticketmaster because the recording hangs up suddenly. Why they have a recording on that answers the phone & won’t let us talk to an agent. This is the worst year for getting tickets for Il Volo & I AM going to complain to their company

Not going to Miami don’t worry about stepping over my walker at any meet & greet or at the get together I have a barrier coming with me who will block your way and by the way HE is MY YOUNG MAN haven’t you noticed he isn’t a boy anymore. You may be tall but so is my son & Stefan is a force to reckon with. He can steer you out the door & you won’t even notice where you are until it is took late. Hope you have a gopod time though

I just called the Palm and they said to get the group discount you need to have the group discount code. So Myron, I guess you have to get the code and pass it along to us. I will book it after I get the code. As of right now they have many rooms available.
Hi Marie, I will be attending concerts in Detroit (already have those tickets locked in thanks to PBS) and hopefully Nashville and Mesa. There seemed to be quite a bit of confusion at the Mesa venue (MAC) today regarding ticket availability..tickets were not available today for pre-sale as had been indicated–really it’s a bit of a kerfuffle. Still though, the plan is to attend there as well. Thanks.
Am going to Albany NY concert in Feb. I have a spare ticket . Had to buy a pair thru PBS so have one available as of now. Am staying at the Hilton two blocks from the theater. Mt husband and I are going to Detroit concert Feb 27. I’m going to buy tickets this Friday. The Fox Theater has a box office outlet near my house and I’m going there. They go on sale at 10 a.m.

I am turning GREEN with envy but it is too hard for me to plan Las Vegas since my ‘guide’ is my daughter living here and we are not sure if we can have someone to stay with my husband. He is fine but can not be left to fend for himself because of his leg.
I HAVE SPEND THE AFTERNOON EDUCATING YOUNG LADIES about IL VOLO on Ticketmaster, PBS Dallas and Majestic Dallas. Out of the three cities in Texas San Antonio seems to be doing something right. It is the only CITY listed on Ticketmaster.
Haley on Majestic Dallas insisted the concert is going to happen.
QUESTION: had a very nice young lady on PRE SALE-SAN ANTONIO tell me that I had to have a “pre sale code” and also something to be able to request “M & G”.

San Antonio prices for concert $40.00 to $75.00 plus taxes & fees. She did not have the “M & G” price.
Ummm Gina…$40.00 to $75.00? Are you sure it’s Il Volo tickets? Do you know where your seats are? I have never heard of ticket prices that low. However, I sure don’t know everything. In fact, not much at all. Never stopped me from giving out so-so advice anyway.
There is nothing on ticketmaster about Il Volo & about meet & greet or concerts tickets too early. I have been tearing my hair out trying to get the recording on ticketmaster to put me through to an agent or representative FINALLY I succeeded & then finally to be told there is NO information about Il Volo anywhere until at least |November for Canada & US. This is where heart attacks happen. We should NOT have to work so hard to get tickets
I got my tickets thru the local PBS station .Became a local member. They have the premier tix because of their sponsorship of Il Volo . Had to buy in pairs but got mine for $150 for two. But price increased last week for Albany. Find the city local PBS &callthem. Good Luck!
After thinking a while here, doing an addendum! Local PBS stations are running the Pompeii concert for their pledge drives & offering the tickets to local concerts as an incentive. If you get your tickets thru them they will be floor seats &at a great price. You will also be supporting the stations which always need funding. My stations in northern NY offered on a monthly basis to spread cost over a year. Hope this helps the frustrated ones!

Gina I went into presale.com yesterday to see what it was & I think you get a password for $5.00 there, everything is done on line which is a pain
I did not buy tickets yet. The pre sale for San Antonio is going to be on the 24th. That was the price the pre sale young lady at Ticketmasters told me. My daughter will be back Sunday and then we will see where to go. I still hope Dallas will be the place since I can spend the night at my youngest daughter’s house. We have no bad snow storms but Dallas gets ICE STORMS a few times during winter.

I am not sure yet where I will wind up going. Dallas, Austin or San Antonio. I am 100 miles from Dallas and Austin and 200 from San Antonio. It is a straight line on our ‘death” HWY I 35.

I will be going to the Borgata in Atlantic City on Feb. 13, State Theatre inEaston, PA on Feb. 21, and Hershey Theatre in Hershey PA on Feb 23. So excited but it’s still 6 months away. Last year I used Concert Maps for a meet and greet but they have nothing listed so far for Il Volo.
History note: The Borgata was the very first place that Il Volo performed on their very first USA tour years ago in 2011. The sound was terrible, the lighting was terrible, the musicians were terrible and the staging was not existent. The boys seemed to be lost because no one had staged and blocked them into the show. However, then they opened their mouths and WOW history was made.
Donna, I just looked at the tickets for hershey. I see tickets in orchestra row e. Waiting to see if anything closer pops up. I would love to do the pit but a little pricy for me right now.
blwalther, I also live in Mesa as does the other Barbara. I was wondering where you got your tickets. Can’t remember if you said PBS or where. Barbara A. and I are both driving the venue crazy calling, but so far no luck. What a tribute to the guys that we are all, no matter where we live it seems, in a frenzy to get tickets when they are around six months away. Also heard that the tickets have gone up again this year, and are preety steep. Hope not real bad. Also hope they have a meet and greet here or in Vegas. Hope to hear from you fellow IL Volover! I was reading all the Las Vegas comments again and most of us seem to have the same idea of coming a day early I was planning on flying in on Thursday and staying until Saturday. Sounds like it’gs going to be a great time.

I will not be staying at the Palms but will fly in on Thursday and leave on Sunday. I will also be attending the Chicago show on Few. 26. Got a ticket for that one for my PBS donation. I am just wondering how I get tickets for Orillia, from what I saw online, the ticket prices are way over my head and they say it’s a ticket network and they ar Re-sale, that makes me a little suspicious, can anyone tell me anything PLEASE? !!!

Hi Marie, I’m glad you said that about resales, because I think someone got ripped off on that last year, I have called Ticketmaster and they don’t know anything, also I can’t find the number for the Casino Rama box office only the ticket network that does resales, so frustrated, my Daughter and Granddaughter live not too far from there and we hoped to be able to go together since I don’t drive and they love Il Volo, I also could spend the night with them. I have emailed Penina and given her my phone number so we can at least discuss our next step. If you find out anything please let me know. Thanks again, always great to talk to you.

Waiting for my daughter Kim to come back from her vacation and then we will buy the Dallas tickets which supposed to go on sale on the 28th. I hope there is a positive response so they do not cancel. I am same distance from Austin but so far no one posted any ticket information. Next would be San Antonio and they are the most likely to fill up.

I am sorry if some of you can’t get to Las Vegas. I just looked at the list and was astonished! I am weeping and overwhelmed. Seriously!! I can’t believe that I will be meeting so many of you after all this time!! I have been “talking” and sharing with some of you for nearly three years! Two years here and a year on the “old Site”. I am so Happy! In fact…so happy that I have to do this again!

Marie, I have a couple of questions. Is everyone calling the hotel on August 28 to get good seats? Do you think we will get a group rate at the hotel (Myron)? I want to stay there for the convenience and action!lol Fly in the night before. I would like to stay an extra day and not leave the next day but leave on March 27 but only if other people will be there. Anyone?
anncruise, that is our exact plan from Minnesota. Fly in 24th, fly out 27th. So, there will be 8 of us for sure doing that. Have not heard of a group rate yet for tickets. Yes, we are staying at the Palms. Can’t wait to meet you!

When you call for room reservations tell them you are part of the Myron Heaton Il Volo group. That gets you into our group and a discount on room price. If they have a question have them check with Collene Cage in Special events dept. I am suggesting coming in for the night of the 24th as well (two nights ).

Myron, I made my room reservation for 3-24 to 3-27. As of now, there is no discount and they do not have your name listed as such. She said, this could be changed later if we get the discount.

I hope to be going to Las Vegas with one of my daughters, possibly both of my daughters. One of my daughters and I will be coming from Idaho and if my other daughter comes she will be coming from Arizona. (She thinks I should be going to the concert there, but I really want to go to Vegas. In all honesty I would like to go to both.) I have been a fan since seeing them on their first PBS show. I have never been to one of their concerts before.

Harriet, I bought my tickets for Chicago theatre last week when they called me before it was on the air Monday! You can call PBS for $150 main floor. Don’t know how much ticketmaster sells them for. Will see you at the theatre!!!
Great, Marie! Are there two of us with Tippy as a name? That’s what my family & friends call me. It is in my Email address. I see a Tippy under Miami & I am not going there. In San Jose there will be four of us. Myself, son Dan & his wife, Nancy & a fourth person. I am assuming tickets will be sold in pairs. When the first Grandbaby came along my husband called me Grandmommy Tippy Toe! That was from a game we all played as children. One person was It, players would chant, Grandmommy Tippy Toe lost her needle & couldn’t sew. Whose children are you? Forgot to mention we stood in a circle around the It child. We would all scatter & It would tag someone & the game would start again. Nonsense game! Of course the nickname was shortened to Tippy! My kids call me that & I am Tippy to my many Grandchildren & all their friends! My kids do call me Mother or Mom but frequently they say Tippy.

Marie, I am planning on going to Orillia, even though I think they are totally MAD not to mention deluded to have chosen it as a venue. I just hope the weather cooperates and that those going–not to mention the Il Volo bus–don’t get stuck in a blizzard on country roads. I am very uneasy about this!

Marie, where do I get my badge? I want everyone to know I am part of the most awesome “IL VOLO” fan club and most devoted. Also, the best looking ladies around. We will be staying across the street from the palms at the RIO HOTEL & CASINO since it is owned by the Caesars entertainment Group, we get our room free up to 5 nights. It really is not free if you think about how much you lose getting to the tier of player to get these perks. No matter, it’s fun.
We will be in Vegas on 10/5 – 10/9/15 to see Celine Dion at Caesars. Have seen her before and she puts on a great show but I love “IL VOLO’S” concert more, bands down. So excited can’t hardly contain myself. My bday is on March 17, (St. Patrick’s Day) and my daughter asked when the concert was in Vegas because my family is throwing a 70 yrs party for me. I might even get a ticket as a gift like last time. Yaaaah.

Somebody asked about weather in Las Vegas. No, it is not hot in March. This really should be the perfect time with temps at around 75 degrees.

Marie HOPEFULLY going to Buffalo, & Orillia if we all don’t get snowed in as well as Las Vegas & possibly Los Angeles since I’ll be down that way & MAYBE Temucula but thats iffy. I am having a hell of a time trying to get through to Ticketmaster because the recording hangs up suddenly. Why they have a recording on that answers the phone & won’t let us talk to an agent. This is the worst year for getting tickets for Il Volo & I AM going to complain to their company

Not going to Miami don’t worry about stepping over my walker at any meet & greet or at the get together I have a barrier coming with me who will block your way and by the way HE is MY YOUNG MAN haven’t you noticed he isn’t a boy anymore. I just called the Palm and they said to get the group discount you need to have the group discount code. So Myron, I guess you have to get the code and pass it along to us. I will book it after I get the code. As of right now they have many rooms available.
Hi Marie, I will be attending concerts in Detroit (already have those tickets locked in thanks to PBS) and hopefully Nashville and Mesa. There seemed to be quite a bit of confusion at the Mesa venue (MAC) today regarding ticket availability..tickets were not available today for pre-sale as had been indicated–really it’s a bit of a kerfuffle. Still though, the plan is to attend there as well. Thanks.

Am going to Albany NY concert in Feb. I have a spare ticket . Had to buy a pair thru PBS so have one available as of now. Am staying at the Hilton two blocks from the theater. I am turning GREEN with envy but it is too hard for me to plan Las Vegas since my ‘guide’ is my daughter living here and we are not sure if we can have someone to stay with my husband. He is fine but can not be left to fend for himself because of his leg.
I HAVE SPEND THE AFTERNOON EDUCATING YOUNG LADIES about IL VOLO on Ticketmaster, PBS Dallas and Majestic Dallas. Out of the three cities in Texas San Antonio seems to be doing something right. It is the only CITY listed on Ticketmaster.
Haley on Majestic Dallas insisted the concert is going to happen.
QUESTION: had a very nice young lady on PRE SALE-SAN ANTONIO tell me that I had to have a “pre sale code” and also something to be able to request “M & G”.

San Antonio prices for concert $40.00 to $75.00 plus taxes & fees. She did not have the “M & G” price.
Ummm Gina…$40.00 to $75.00? Are you sure it’s Il Volo tickets? Do you know where your seats are? I have never heard of ticket prices that low. However, I sure don’t know everything. In fact, not much at all. Never stopped me from giving out so-so advice anyway.
There is nothing on ticketmaster about Il Volo & about meet & greet or concerts tickets too early. I have been tearing my hair out trying to get the recording on ticketmaster to put me through to an agent or representative FINALLY I succeeded & then finally to be told there is NO information about Il Volo anywhere until at least |November for Canada & US. This is where heart attacks happen. We should NOT have to work so hard to get tickets
I got my tickets thru the local PBS station .Became a local member. They have the premier tix because of their sponsorship of Il Volo . Had to buy in pairs but got mine for $150 for two. But price increased last week for Albany. Find the city local PBS &callthem. Good Luck!
After thinking a while here, doing an addendum! Local PBS stations are running the Pompeii concert for their pledge drives & offering the tickets to local concerts as an incentive. If you get your tickets thru them they will be floor seats &at a great price. You will also be supporting the stations which always need funding. My stations in northern NY offered on a monthly basis to spread cost over a year. Hope this helps the frustrated ones!

I did not buy tickets yet. The pre sale for San Antonio is going to be on the 24th. That was the price the pre sale young lady at Ticketmasters told me. My daughter will be back Sunday and then we will see where to go. I still hope Dallas will be the place since I can spend the night at my youngest daughter’s house. We have no bad snow storms but Dallas gets ICE STORMS a few times during winter.

I will be going to the Borgata in Atlantic City on Feb. 13, State Theatre inEaston, PA on Feb. 21, and Hershey Theatre in Hershey PA on Feb 23. So excited but it’s still 6 months away. Last year I used Concert Maps for a meet and greet but they have nothing listed so far for Il Volo.

History note: The Borgata was the very first place that Il Volo performed on their very first USA tour years ago in 2011. The sound was terrible, the lighting was terrible, the musicians were terrible and the staging was not existent. The boys seemed to be lost because no one had staged and blocked them into the show. However, then they opened their mouths and WOW history was made.

I was reading all the Las Vegas comments again and most of us seem to have the same idea of coming a day early I was planning on flying in on Thursday and staying until Saturday. Sounds like it’gs going to be a great time.

Hi Marie, I’m glad you said that about resales, because I think someone got ripped off on that last year, I have called Ticketmaster and they don’t know anything, also I can’t find the number for the Casino Rama box office only the ticket network that does resales, so frustrated, my Daughter and Granddaughter live not too far from there and we hoped to be able to go together since I don’t drive and they love Il Volo, I also could spend the night with them.
