Kibbles, is meant to be a different, lighter way to share those smiles here, with each other. Honoring their homelands a bit, and also tapping into a bit of “funny” seems like a perfect Il Volo way to bring us closer together, while still “SHARING THE LOVE”.

Hey KItty loved the bit about the computer swallowing Grandma sometimes I think my computer swallows me. Ha Ha My question to Piero would be whatever happened to his crucifix he used to wear around his neck all the time. I kind of miss it. Tha’s all I can think of for now.
That would be my question, also, luckylady51. It seems like the crucifix started to “be missing” from Piero’s neck in pictures at about the same time the guys started the sponsorship by Etihad Airways in Abu Dhabi . I have always wondered if he was told not to wear it in public anymore.

Kitty, the video and music of Abruzzo is spectacular! Also, the video of Gianluca singing All of Me is an all time favorite. Loretta, you are correct, but we all know, dont we, that their is too much apparent talent there to go unnoticed for very long.
Your right Kitty but if I know Ignazio he would be serenading the patrons while they eat & also singing while making pizzas. Him & his sister together would have a blast & inbetween all the fun he would be writing songs
I do agree, if her pizzeria was an actural restaurant , that would probably be true, for a while; until he ventured into more and more musical opportunities which would eventually direct him into some related career. FYI, Nina’s pizzeria is primarily take out, with the exception of one small table which someone usually reserves if desired. I did recently read that she has added one more, but ? I’m thankful that things transpired the way that they did! What would we do now without him, and Piero, and Gianluca together in our lives?
Well I know I would be totally lost as I am sure everyone else would be also. They are permanently entrenched in my life where I live, breath & think Il Volo & listen to their music & talk which I have to keep quiet some because my family are saying I am going overboard & can’t I discuss somethng else. Pretty hard because I am thinking of Ignazio always. So I know as with everyone else we can come here & either blog or just read what someone is saying & also getting the updates from Kelly & Marie if she can get her mind off Ignazio as well. See Kitty were compeating about Ignazio but she doesn’t know it I’m winning, ha ha ha just kidding. As you can see I like teasing her. BAD LORETTA BAD BAD.
I am glad to hear that Nina’s pizzeria is prospering because I would like to go to Italy & have a pizza there & it would be extra wonderful if Ignazio was there also.

Yeah, don’t know what I was thinking.
Loretta, you sound just like me. I wake up at about 4:00-5:00 am everyday. Wash my face, brush my teeth, hair and apply my moisturizer. Pick-up my two iPads, earpods, cell phone, house phone and head on down to the kitchen for first cup of coffee (timer on for 4am). Turn on iPad,go to UTUBE and my IL VOLO playlist and first song of the day, “CANZONE PER TE” while taking my first sip of coffee. Then visit my gmail where my Flight Crew family lives to get new of our guys.. Then to Facebook and Twitter then finally, IL VOLO Tumbler. This takes about 3 hours until some one awakes and shatters my quite time with my guys.. I’m told that I too, am obsessed with the guys. I just smile and say to them ” I know you like them. You’re just jealous ’cause you’ve never met them”. Eyes rolling, I’m left alone with IL VOLO once again. My grand daughters, ages from 32 down to 10, thinks my love for the guts is adorable. They always ask how they are doing. My great grandson Gerhardt who is 2 years old and knows how to open my iPad, squeals with glee when the screen saver comes into view with my pict with the guys. He says, “great Nama and IL VOLO. BRAVO”. I ask him who is next to me wearing blue (by the way, Gerhardt’s bday, 2/11/13), he says ” Gianluca” and blows kisses at the ipad. Still in training. Next will be his brother Kazz. Can’t wait for 3/25/16. Hope to meet all of you, well most of you, in Las Vegas.

Kitty, I enjoyed the computer poem very much. There are days when I feel like my computer is going to swallow me.
Yes Loretta, bad, bad, but lots of fun! I so regret that I just cannot swing Vegas, and all the other costs involved, even just coming from Phoenix area but maybe it’s best. You see, Ignazio is also my favorite!! I would hate, for Il Volo’s sake, to cause any kind of scene over him, especially with the one with the hands. She happens to critique my articles, and I’m afraid what she might do to them, Of course I’m referring to my postings, not the guys! Or actually, maybe both!! So I’ll just stay home, and drool in private!
However, I started this little side article, as I said at the beginning, as a way to spur conversation, create interaction, and maybe pass on some little facts along the way. We are all here because of our love, dedication to, and admiration for, three wonderful young men that have brought us faith, pride, and a renewed awareness of how wonderful life can be. One of the greatest things they have done for us, is to teach us to smile again. I can’t do it like they can, but by sharing little “kibbles” of info, humor, etc., we can show by our sharing of a smile, that their encouragment has been taken to heart. Another way, without words, to let them see how much we do love them, and each other. I think by these crazy exchanges, questions and comments already posted here today, I feel encouraged to keep inviting our involvment with each other, in the spirit of what Il Volo has brought to us.

Thanks lynn, you know, there are times when it’s not always easy to let how you feel be known. Outwardly, we can express feelings in a forthright manner, ie. saying I love you, or I care very much about you, but thats easily done; it seems like the thing that really shows those emotions to be significant, is to be able to demonstrate and choose to apply those feelings within your capabilities. I guess that is my aim with these postings. My heartfelt posts are usually just that, heartfelt; but these posts are my attempt to connect to the guys in a different way. To make something that’s important to them, be just as important to me. To bring their Ilvolovers another reason to smile.
Hello all! I know I’ve been absent from the comments/postings for a while!! Been busy with many things and I am leaving the nest and moving to my own little apartment in less than two weeks now and the thought of packing is so daunting and I’m an awful (or maybe great – lol) procrastinator!!

I’d ask when Ignazio was going to start writing his own music and when we’d get to hear it. All these teasing tidbits that he uploads are agonizing!

I was also lucky enough to get the last two front row orchestra seats at the Fox in Detroit, so I will have to bear the crick in my neck as I look up at Igna for a few hours! At least that is what some have told me – that front row is too close. Too close? Seriously? Can’t get too close to the guys! Lol! I know others have also been lucky enough to get front row. Yes, it will be worth being in debt for the next 6 months!!

Kitty I am really sorry your not going to be at Vegas, if I won a lottery I would make sure every one could be there. I hope you will be there Lynnn & Janna that is a good question to ask Ignazio when are we going to hear him sing his own creations. I get the feeling he might think his writings aren’t very good. I liked his other 2 songs now I would like to hear him sing them. I was hoping they would have been on the CD’s by now.
