I don’t know how you rang in the new year, but many of the residents of Salerno were celebrating with Il Volo. I’m not huge on crowds, and I’m definitely an enemy of cold weather, but I would brave both for a New Year celebration with The Guys! 🙂 Live through them vicariously! ~~ Kelly

I’m with you Kelly I don’t like cold weather either but big IL Volo crowds that’s ok. I would brave that weather to be with those three. Look at how much fun eveyrone had. WOW what fun.

Happy New Year to all! Even though I hate the cold weather, too, I would gladly have bundled up to my eyeballs to spend New Year’s Eve with IL VOLO. I saw one picture where the buttons on Piero’s coat were about to pop off since he had layers of clothes underneath it. Myron, I also had concerns about their delicate instruments, their voices. I was also concerned for the musicians that had to use their hands to play. Hopefully, they were all able to rest & stay warm on New Year’s Day.
I’d like to think they could at least have a week or more off before they set off on the next tour. I want them to be rested and happy being in the arms of their families and friends
I don’t think they get enough R & R time. I think they have a concert on Jan. 6th. I wish they could get a vacation before they have to come to USA.
i would have gladly been out in the cold to be able to see them sing, especially bringing in the New Year. It looked like everyone had a great time. I do hope they were warm enough. I tend to think they dress warmer than we do for the same temperatures. The video with Alessandro is just so heartwarming and yet another reason to love Il Volo even more. Not only are Piero, Ignazio and Gianluca immensely talented musically, they have the biggest, kindest hearts! Alessandro had a wonderful time.
