The last concert of the Magic Night tour has ended. Melina summarizes all the emotions that have accompanied us in this beautiful year.

Our loves have inflamed and bewitched even the most composed and peaceful Japanese, who are known for their reserved nature and not used to manifest too much impetus and ardor. And with these images that warm the heart, let me take a little consideration:
The Kawasaki concert was the last of this endless world tour of “MagicNight”. We’ll miss them!!
We will remember the applause, standing ovations, overwhelming euphoria, and the love of the public. We will remember the involvement of all the senses. We will remember the smiles and the happiness of our boys, their still wonder of the success. We will remember their jokes and the laughter that they have snatched from viewers. We will remember the emotion and the enchantment they have aroused in people… their beautiful voices and the passion of their performances.
There will be other tours and everything will start again, and there will still be shows in every corner of the world, but this closes a chapter that made us thrill, rejoice, become proud.
This Tour was more of a challenge than others, because it was a difficult and not very commercial genre to which not everyone was accustomed. A challenge won in all respects and on all fronts, which gave irrepressible triumphs, demonstrating, if still we needed it, that “the trio of wonders” are capable of performing and captivating whatever they sing. It is right that after so much effort there is for the boys a little rest and time to reflect and prepare new projects, which will certainly surprise and give great sensations. We will keep these memories in the heart, and we will wait anxiously and with trepidation for the next artistic achievements that will make us, as always, jump with enthusiasm.

Thank you Melina and Daniela, What a wonderful year Gianluca, Ignazio and Piero had. So much work and so much travelling for them as well as parents and back up behind the scenes,and all accomplished with so much grace and enthusiasm . Just reading the list of venues made me exhausted !! Thank you for bringing us all along on the incredible journey, and we look forward to whatever surprise will be in store for 2018. The very first picture above was taken by me at the concert in Los Angeles in March. They were all looking to their left at Placido Domingo who had just performed with them and was telling everyone a story. My plan is to make each of them a copy and present it to them at the next meet and greet if I am fortunate enough to be able to attend. I put this picture on Facebook after the concert and have seen it posted a couple of times without any credit. 🙁

This photo is beautiful Manola, I chose it for this post, I found it on the internet and there was written that it was taken in Los Angeles but there was no name, it seemed perfect because it represented the beginning of the post as if it were the beginning of the concert.

Hello to all the “reporters” of the fantastic, meravigliosa guys known as Il Volo.
I do so enjoy reading all the postings about the concerts, interviews and etc.. Not to mention those great photos of our super talented young men, Il Volo. Anxiously waiting for the next batch of concerts and reports 2018. Thanks to all of you .
Thank you Melina and Daniela for summarizing the emotions of the “notte magica” tour now that it has ended. It was great to follow Piero, Ignazio and Gianluca from venue to venue. I feel very fortunate to have seen them twice in March and thought these concerts were truly magical and for me the best ever. The repertoire was very difficult but they sang it all beautifully! I wish them a blessed Christmas and wonderful New Year with their families and friends.
Grazie mille Margareth, I really like to think that even my friends of the crew can share the thoughts of those fans from the other side of the world, and that maybe because of the language they could not appreciate.

The list of concerts – written out like they were – was almost unbelievable. Yes, we too wondered “How did they do it?” This has been an amazing year for the boys and what a blessing it has been to be involved with this group and follow along. Jay and I sit and watch everything you send us. Jay just saw them sing the Ave Maria to the Senate in Italy. He had not seen it before and thought it was the most beautiful version he ever heard. I put on a concert from Youtube and Jay tries to do his patient reports with the boys singing in the background. I try to knit and we both laugh. It is very hard not to watch the boys and get any work done. We are so grateful to have found all of you and may you all have a Blessed Christmas. We anticipate a whole new year with Il Volo. I cannot imagine them taking a whole year off and hope they will do some concerts we can attend…. anywhere. Love to all of you!
Jana, I’m going to get on you big time if you don’t do something more to share your artistic skills with the world. You cannot let them go unshared. That’s my demand. Yes. Demand! 😁
