Today is Thursday, November 22. A day we celebrate in the United States as Thanksgiving. This holiday is supposed to be set aside to be thankful for the things we have and to celebrate the first meal of peace with the Indians and Pilgrims. Ok, so maybe the original meaning has been lost, and replaced with a 4-day weekend for many working folks, sales of the year and Black Friday, etc. However, let’s remember how thankful we are for our guys and the “thanks for giving” that they bring us each day!

He reigns from Abruzzo
On top of Montepagano
We are thankful for Piero
Our Sicilian prince of Naro
He sings arias with ease
Oh, sing to me, pretty please?
We are thankful for Ignazio
Our adorably dimpled Romeo
His razzle-dazzle we treasure
He gives us so much pleasure
We are thankful for this site
We can read it day or night
We love our loyal followers

So, let us remember what brought us all together, all of the friends we’ve made, and met on this site, and the new ones yet to come – all because of these 3 happy little faces. Happy Thanksgiving a tutti!

A HAPPY THANKSGIVING to all. To me this is the best holiday of the year. No gifts, no decorations, no cards. Just a wonderful day spent wirth special people in my life. And most definitely giving thanks for my many blessings, including the sweet sound of Il Volo.
Thank you Jana! We do have so much to be thankful for and Piero, Ignazio and Gianluca have been a beautiful gift to so many people. Best wishes to all for a beautiful day of Thanksgiving with family and friends!

Happy Thanksgiving to everyone. I have not commented here for a long time, but I read all the entries. This site has been superb ever since its beginning. Jana, Daniela, & everyone else who is the ongoing administration of the Flight Crew site are doing a wonderful job. I enjoy reading everything here! Hi Marie! So nice to hear from you. Written any IL VOLO poetry lately? Jana is good, but you are the reigning queen of the verses! I am eagerly awaiting the announcement of the 2019 tour schedule, as I am sure we all are. I am so thankful for all of the articles, pictures, translations and efforts of everyone involved in this site. So much of my life has been and continues to be reading posts on the computer and going to medical appointments to encourage the healing of a broken right knee cap.
