The news was confirmed by several parties, in less than a month, the new Il Volo CD:
IL VOLO SINGS MORRICONE, will be released.
The date is on November 5th, but it is already possible to pre-order it.
The album will be available in the following formats: standard CD, Deluxe Version CD, double colored vinyl and double black vinyl.
“Your Love”, taken from Once Upon a Time in the West, a song that Il Volo presented for the first time at the Sanremo 2021 Festival, is available on streaming platforms.
The album Il Volo sings Morricone comes after the concert-event, Il Volo – Tribute to Ennio Morricone, which aired live on Rai 1 last June and which was held at the Verona Arena.
I can’t wait to have this CD.
But I will not order it, because I hope that Il Volo, like every time, will make an instore in Milan, where it will be possible to buy it and also meet our three treasures, and take a picture with them.

First of all I see that there are several very good musicians who will perform some music that our kids will sing.

STJEPAN HAUSER, the good Croatian cellist, (he is part of the 2 cellos), who will perform the piece n.5.

…… I would say 4 stars of musicians, who come from different places and countries.

I think–but I am not sure–that the Deluxe version has their autographs.
It didn’t seem to have any different tracks.

I went first to Amazon.it and looked at the CDs–this was several weeks ago. They had an autographed version and an unautographed version. The autographed version was a couple of euros more than the regular one. With the exchange rate it was on the expensive side for a CD. I checked the tracks. They were both the same. So (since I already have the guys autographs which they gave me in person at a M & G) I ordered the regular one. The next day I looked on Amazon.com. They also had two versions–and they were MUCH cheaper than the ones on the Amazon.it site, even with the exchange rate figured in. Plus the postage was much, much less. So I cancelled the Italian order and ordered it on Amazon.com.
Here is my thoughts on the autographs–They tend to scribble their names even if you get them one on one when they are not signing thousands of CDs. I wonder what those autographs will look like after they have been signing them for hours?? Will you even be able to tell which one is which? I have a hard time figuring that out with the ones I have!
My thoughts on autographs are very much like yours Penina. I know when I had to autograph my book what started out as legible (for me that is) ended up looking like a demented spider that my cat had squashed with her paw! Needless to say there were not as many books as there will be CD’s. 🙂

Every morning when I open Facebook I hope there will be news of the 2022 world tour starting in North America. They have teased us with venues in Toronto, New York and LA. Hope Italy is doing well with the pandemic . it seems from photos and videos there are now gatherings , concerts and I do not see a lot of masks. Well fanlings guess what I found on Amazon UK? The MP3 version of Your Love is available for 99 pence. Roughly 30 seconds sample is available, which may I say if the rest is anything to go by, will be well worth the cost of the CD.
Did I buy the MP3 version? Well no actually, I don’t want to spoil myself, especially after coughing up a small fortune on Andrea Rieu and Eric Bogle MP3 goodies. I have a somewhat eclectic taste. Anywhoo it won’t be long before the entire thing hits my letterbox, so I can be patient. 🙂
