7 Things You Might Not Know About Me:
1.) I never said patience wasn't a virtue. I said it wasn't one that I possess . ;)
2.) So that rude person tailgating your car with their headlights blinding you this morning? That was me. Sorry.... :(
3.) In some ways, it seems like I was born/built to be a nurse, but I think it surprised some people that I made it at all.
4.) There was a time in my life when my only dream was to go to conservatory and be a professional cellist. Sometimes, I still wonder what would have happened to me if that had worked out.
5.) But, you know that saying about finding yourself in a place you never planned yet it being exactly where you were meant to be? Sums up my life.
6.) I dabble in creative writing, and would like to try my hand at something good enough to be published someday.
7.) I am a die-hard, "I will fight you to the death" Rafa Nadal fan. He is my tennis version of Il Volo. :)
I feel so blessed that I found Il Volo and that they have opened up and changed my life in so many ways. I'm so busy trying to get through life sometimes, I forget to enjoy it. Il Volo reminds me to do that. :)
I apologize for not being able to post this on Friday, but there is still plenty of time to get your greeting in for Piero’s birthday post. I will be updating the original post with the names of people whose message we have already received this week.
Please send your birthday greetings to us at: ilvoloflightcrw@outlook.com by June 22nd to allow us time to prepare the post.
With your submission, feel free to include your suggestion for a song to be used for the video we will make. If I choose your song, your name will be added in the credits at the end of the video.
I said a Mother’s Day prayer for you to thank the Lord above for blessing me with a lifetime of your tender-hearted love. I thanked God for the caring you’ve shown me through the years, for the closeness we’ve enjoyed in time of laughter and of tears. And so, I thank you from the heart for all you’ve done for me and I bless the Lord for giving me the best mother there could be!
Happy Mother’s Day
to the amazing Il Volo mothers and mothers of The Flight Crew!!
We all remember the devastating earthquake in Italy back in 2016. Now, some of the same regions have been struck with smaller quakes in the past 3 weeks.
The most recent one did some damage but did not cause any injury or loss of life.
