The tour stop was highly anticipated in the Italian capital.
The beautiful reviews and enthusiastic words of the people who attended the first concerts had led the way and Rome was joyfully awaiting Il Volo.

Great success for the Roman leg of the tour: “Tutti per uno – Ad Astra live”.
Perfect synthesis of vocal power, passion, desire to give oneself completely to the public and to have fun, as only a few can do, in the name of the friendship that has accompanied them since they were children.
Today they are men, united by talent and the desire to continue growing, always facing new challenges, such as the new tour in Italian arenas “Tutti Per Uno – Ad Astra Live”.
Yesterday evening, January 21st, the Roman stage brought back to the stage of the Capital, after the summer success of the Baths of Caracalla, the unique voices of Piero Barone, Ignazio Boschetto and Gianluca Ginoble, accompanied by the “Franciacorta” Philharmonic Orchestra, conducted by Maestro Edmondo Moses Savio.
Together in a perfect harmony of music and words.
Five large screens act as a backdrop. They punctuated with suggestive visuals a show enriched by lasers and plays of lights. A show within a show lasting over two hours.
On the stage of the Palazzo dello Sport for Il Volo the opportunity to celebrate 16 years of career, and the beginning was immediately a “masterpiece”.
Very rich lineup, with Piero, Ignazio and Gianluca who alternated performances together with moments as soloists, each bringing their own identity and personality.
They performed the songs from their first album of unreleased songs “Ad Astra”, such as the latest single “Tra le onde”. There was no shortage of great tributes, from Elton John to Claudio Villa, from Frank Sinatra to Simon & Gurfunkel. Emotion and shivers among the audience during the touching interpretation of Leonard Cohen’s “Hallelujah”.
Between applause and standing ovations, the trio also joked with the fans and sought their embrace, getting off the stage and immersing themselves in the crowd, with smiles and selfies. But everything always with their feet on the ground, without forgetting the origins, the beginnings and a heartfelt thank you to their manager, Michele Torpedine, who was also in the audience, under stage, listening to them. Then the heart-pounding grand finale with “Grande Amore”, the winning song of Sanremo in 2015. And Piero, Ignazio and Gianluca greet the Roman public with gratitude and with the promise of returning to the capital soon.
And now a series of photos by our friend Keisyuu who was enchanted by the concert!!
January 23 EBOLI
The concert is at Palasele.
We are in the province of Salerno, therefore in the Neapolitan area.
In this very famous area it is the “Neapolitan pastiera”, a typical dessert.

Gianluca, Piero and Ignazio fell from the sky tonight and tasted our masterpiece.🫠
What can I say, the guys certainly appreciated it!! 😋😋😋
Present at the concert was RADIO CITTA 105 which filmed and broadcast several videos of the show.
The show begins with two songs sung by Cecile who positions herself in front of the long black cloth, she sings with backing tracks, therefore without an orchestra. After Cecile’s two songs, the orchestra enters and positions itself, the Il Volo concert begins.

Gianluca and Piero descends among the audience.
In this video, during a presentation of a song, Gianluca reads a sign held by a girl: “GIANLUCA YOU ARE A MASTERPIECE” and Gianluca thanks her and comes down from the stage to hug the fan!
Final of the evening Ignazio thanks Eboli!

This report aired on SUD TV which I translated for you is also very nice.
Over two hours of great live music accompanied by the orchestra and special lighting effects, amidst the applause and hugs of the Campania public who filled the Palasele di Eboli last night for the highly anticipated Il Volo concert. The musical trio of young Italian tenors, winners of the Sanremo Festival, sang all the songs that characterized the success of their careers, presenting their latest great recording work AD ASTRA.
A European tour which last night included a stop in Eboli where the singer Cecile opened the concert, giving the go-ahead and assisting the great music of the trio: Piero Barone, Ignazio Boschetto and Gianluca Ginoble.
“A path that will take us towards the stars”, said the three tenors from the stage as they presented the songs from the new album.
A great musical success last night which was fully booked at the Palasele in Eboli, thanks to the unique voice of the three tenors, in an event organized by Anni60 productions and which saw the general public singing and getting excited with one of the greatest and most important Italian musical groups in the world: Il Volo!
And ANNI 60 Production published these beautiful photos with this comment:
The enchantment of @ilvolomusic at the @palasele_official. ✨
The intertwining of their magnetic and powerful voices and the warmth of the Campania public will remain in the hearts of those who were there. ❤️

What a treasure this child is holding a sign that says:
“I’m 10 years old, can I sing with you? Grande Amore”.
The boys read the sign and make Alessio sing the chorus… How sweet!!

“A unique show full of emotions and talent ✨ Il Volo at the PalaFlorio in Bari.”
and Telebari published this nice review which I translate:
IL VOLO TRIUMPHS IN BARI WITH AN IMPECCABLE CONCERT. THE TRIO INVITES A CHILD TO DUET WITH THEM.
In recent months the concert calendar at the Palaflorio in Bari has been as rich as ever. Laura Pausini, Alessandra Amoroso, Tananai met and thrilled their target audience.
But when the three former child prodigies of the song, Il Volo, appeared on the bill, the opportunity arose to understand who their audience was.
And already from the early hours of the afternoon yesterday, January 24, near the sports hall of the Apulian capital, it was clear how varied the parterre of the fantastic three was.
Conservatory professors who have seen a boom in enrollments thanks to the “Volo phenomenon”, students hoping to pass their university exams after meeting their favorites, families who have found in Gianluca, Piero and Ignazio a common thread that could allow them to share an event of music and magic.
The portion of “no longer little girls” is particularly large but they have not put away their desire to sing at the top of their lungs; binoculars in hand, hoping to encounter a languid glance in one eye or a wink from another.
Two hours of impeccable show, not a false note, not a word out of place.
Thanks to the experience with the rock star stylist Nick Cerioni, the looks are very refined: shirt collars embellished with Swarovski crystals, studded Louboutins on the feet and slicked hair.
Solo performances alternate with the classic lineup, there is no shortage of Sanremo hits as well as homages to great artists on the world music scene, from Frank Sinatra to Queen, from Leonard Cohen to Franco Battiato.
Laser lights and LED videos accompany the unreleased songs from the album “Ad Astra”.
Puglia is generous and gives flowers, posters, hearts and many standing ovations.
The boys appreciate and pay homage to their historic manager Michele Torpedine (from Minervino Murge – Puglia), they are attentive to their youngest fans so much so that they notice the yellow-red sign of little Alessio Lapertosa, who begs to be able to duet with them, and the dream ends come true.
A world tour awaits the three boys of pop-classical music. The world acclaims them, Italy snubs them a bit, loves them a bit.
A little we would like to see them more uninhibited and spontaneous, like when they allowed us to play with their looks in Sanremo.
A really good article, even if I don’t agree with the ending, when he writes that Italy “would like them to be a little more uninhibited and spontaneous”…….I don’t understand what he means, or rather I understand that journalists believe that Piero, Gianluca and Ignazio are perfect and would like to see some flaws in them, such as some false words or some bad words… these journalists really don’t understand that Il Volo is like that, simple and not at all set, but still polite and never over the top and this is certainly not what makes them less spontaneous, on the contrary!!!! Many rude kids should take example from this way of behaving!! 😉

How wonderful is this video of Piero among the people while he sings Vicinissimo. Adorable!!!
He sees his nieces, daughters of a cousin, Calogero, and Piero spoke to us about them in an interview, saying that he adores the little girls. He picks them up while singing!!! Piero’s grandmother and mother can be seen next to the granddaughters. Piero’s cousin posted this video with this comment:
“You are great, our pride…..and our little ones love you with the same intensity that you love them.❤️ We love you very much ❤️”
The mayor of Messina, Federico Basile posted this comment:
“🎶✨ Il Volo enchants PalaRescifina🎤
This evening the “Il Volo” concert gave unique emotions and unforgettable moments to all those present.
an administration, we are constantly committed to offering citizens and tourists from other cities events of great artistic and cultural value.
The objective is to promote Messina, while stimulating the development of the local economy and the tourist enhancement of the area.
In this way, we proudly strengthen the Messina, City of Music and Events brand.”
So the tour of the Italian arenas ended in the best possible way and I am extremely happy about it.
The newspaper articles that wrote well-deserved praise for Il Volo were also beautiful.
There is less than a month left until the start of Sanremo and the promos announcing the event are running on Italian television and here’s what you will surely appreciate!!
Speaking of Sanremo, I had already announced that Il Volo will feature a duet with Clara on the Cover evening on February 14th.
But now there is some more news, the song they will perform together has been announced and it is THE SOUND OF SILENCE, how exciting, I can’t wait!!
I’ve finished updating you on these last few days, but there’s one more piece of news, on Tuesday 28th January Il Volo will be at LE IENE, in the program TRAVELING WITH IL VOLO, there will be fun!!

And I’m done with this, but I’ll see you very soon!!!

Another page has ended, and with it the Italian tour. I carry within me a mix of sensations and emotions that are difficult to describe. What does it mean to go on stage every night, in front of thousands of people? It is a journey that goes beyond voice and singing: it is an exchange, a ritual. The energy that is concentrated in a place is transformed into something palpable. You absorb it, keep it, make it yours, only to return it in a different, more intense, more alive form. Giving yourself completely, to the point of losing yourself, and then finding yourself in the emotion of those who listen to you: this is the greatest lesson I have learned in all these years of my career.
Being an artist is not pure ego, but transcendence. It is not just the desire to assert oneself or leave a personal mark, but an act of connection. It is building a bridge towards the universal, a space in which the boundary between the individual and the collective dissolves. Art, perhaps, is precisely this: a reflection of our ego, but also an attempt to overcome it, seeking what unites us, what makes us human.
Thank you all for being part of this process, for your presence which allows me to dig deeply, within myself and within us. Together, every evening, we created something that goes beyond words. This is the true gift.
Gianluca
