Hi Everyone,
They’re back, YES they are!!!! Back to LA and hanging out in Santa Monica. Since Il Volo spends a lot of time there, I thought you might enjoy a brief description of this beach side city!
Santa Monica is a beachfront city in western Los Angeles County, California, United States. Situated on Santa Monica Bay, it is bordered on three sides by the city of Los Angeles – Pacific Palisades on the northwest, Brentwood on the north, West Los Angeles on the northeast, Mar Vista on the east, and Venice on the southeast. Santa Monica is home to many Hollywood celebrities and executives and is a mixture of affluent single-family neighborhoods, renters, surfers, professionals, and students. The Census Bureau 2010 population for Santa Monica is 89,736. 
Partly because of its agreeable climate, Santa Monica had become a famed resort town by the early 20th century. The city has experienced a boom since the late 1980s through the revitalization of its downtown core with significant job growth and increased tourism.

From some pictures I’ve seen, The Boys looked amazing at the tree lighting ceremony! They looked soo hansome! Hard to tell they’re just back from a whirlwind 50 concert tour!! Hope they are resting and having fun in LA, they sure deserve it. It’s clear that they love being there!!

If someone can point me in the right direction of what to press to find the list of songs I could listen to on the right side of the page. whatever I pressed before I can’t find it now. any help would be appreciated.

Good afternoon Loretta. Sorry you’re having trouble. Hopefully I can help you. I think you are talking about the Video’s, right? It’s still here. On the left side in the gray. At the top a few words under where it say’s ‘Home” and “BLOG” you will see “VIDEO PLAYLISTS”. If you slide your mouse over that you will have choices.
Let me know.
Marie, as long as you’re here, I have to say that your boy has never looked better than he does on the Christmas DVD. I know you aren’t opposed to the whiskers, but I am so happy to see that sweet face come out from behind them. All of the boys actually are looking great in that DVD. Gianluca turns on that million dollar smile more than .ever, and Piero, well, he just couldn’t be cuter! What a great DVD . I hope that all of the flight crew people will soon be able to enjoy it.
Yeah Mary don’t they look gorgeous & from the little I saw they seemed to be having fun, good for them.
My copy should be in the mail too. I’ll check tomorrow. Can’t wait! Whiskers are now intruding on the dimples. I asked him not to let that happen. He never listens to me! I’ll be happy to see more of his sweet face.
Marie nothing happens but the black box with choices disappears. I didn’t think I pressed the box last time but who k nows. That ok I’ll go to youtube, I noticed the last videos they were singing the same song but I didn’t get a good look for sure. I thought I would be able to get it back but couldn’t. Thanks for helping me
Marie the playlist page comes up with pctures of the guys but what I saw was a list on the right with about 5 videos of them singing in concert. El Triste was one song but don’t knkow what the others were.
Loretta is the El Trist you talk about under the playlist “E Piu Ti Penso and more from the Tower Theatre”? There are 3 videos in that playlist and the links are under our guys photos. There are no video link on the right. Hope this will help you.
Is it possible that when you clicked on one of the links in Michelle’s playlist that a link on the YouTube page caught your eye? 🙁 I’m not sure what else it could be; I didn’t put clickable links on the right side of the screen except for those under, “Topics.”
Elain thanks for your help. I had pressed the Home & what was coming up was the songs of the boys so I was going to watch that but I saw o the rightt of the the video about 4 or 5 small pictures of concerts one of them was the El Triste but I thought I could get back to that later so I just watched the video on the Home page. I don’t know what I pressed so I couldn’t get back to the other videos. I have been on the playlist page but I can only get the pictures of the guys to enlarge but nothing plays, there not videos
I just want to thank our guys for keeping me company today because they each made some interesting tweets with amazing photos. They certainly spice up my boring day at the seminar. Our guys looks fantastic and HOT (especially you know who for me). I think Santa Monica or LA which they also consider home help them recuperate a lot faster. Guys, hope to see you soon.

For The Boys it’s the land of rest, ocean, biking, BBQing, pool, Chicken Marsala and naked chests. I really like Chicken Chests, I mean Marsala!

Under the pictures in playlist how do I close the page & what videos am I supposed to click on. The pictures on playlist only enlarge & my cursor can’t click on the writing under the pictues.
Loretta, try clicking on the link that read – http://YouTube….etc. Those links are in different color than the words.

Yes, the haircuts have started!!!! Ignazio got that gorgeous hair cut by the great Soonie and he loves it. Hummmmmmm!!

This is scary!!! I wrote that comment about the haircuts and Soonie before I read Ignazio’s tweet! Sure enough …He’s gotten it cut! Don’t know about the other Boys, but chances are, they all went to see Soonie. They always do! No pictures yet. Maybe tomorrow….. Fingers crossed!!!

There is a picture of Ignazio . Not sure where I saw it. Go to All things IL Volo..Opinion? I guess I must remember it is his hair, but I like it when it is longer. Still love him, no matter what he does. That goes for all of them. I just hope they don’ t become too involved with the LA life style. I worry just like Nona’s do.
Just went to Il Volo Mundial and there is a picture of Ignazio with his new haircut. Sorry, folks, but I really don’t think its very attractive. Too short on the sides and too long and kind of strange on top! but what do I know? I’m old fashioned!

Helen, good styling is never old fashioned. And to the boys I say, GET A NEW HAIR STYLIST!! Ignazio’s hair is ridiculous–what a travesty to his gorgeous face. Gianluca’s style is apparently channeling Elvis. Not sure if the picture of Piero with the cars is showing his new cut….need to see a closer look to make my evaluation. I’m sure they are waiting with breathless anticipation. Of course they are still adorable no matter what Soonie chooses to do, but they deserve better. Just sayin’……
Okay, apology time. I guess I overreacted to one picture of Ignazio. Not sure which photos showed the new look. It doesn’t really matter anyway….what matters is that we love our boys and think they are perfect no matter what their hair looks like. So Soonie, I apologize for former statements, and who do I think I am anyway to criticize your expertise? Sorry…carry on.
They really seem to love LA, like home to them! Haircuts, working out, and seeming relaxed! Ignazio’s hair? well, if he likes it i’ll go along! Guess they need to keep up with fashion?

Il Volo will appear on “Home and Family Christmas Special” on Hallmark channel. Check your local listings. I believe it will be shown evenings.
Il Volo taped a performance for “The Talk”, check your local,listings, it will probably air closer to Christmas!
The Hallmark Christmas Special is going to air on November 25th – 8pm EST with an encore on November 26th at 10pm. Ignazios haircut looks pretty good. Saw a photo today . Thank goodness they didn’t mess with my gorgeous Gian’s hair !!!! Although I would love him no matter what !!! (guess who my favorite is ? !!)
Check All Things Il Volo. They have all the times posted on their sIte. Boy are we gonna have a lot to watch !!!!Our boys are really getting around !!! It’s absolutely GREAT !!!
