La giustificazione dell’impossibilità tecnica ci sembra alquanto banale, ci deve essere sicuramente un motivo ben più grave che non possono rivelare. Non si cancella un evento di questa portata, davanti al papa, e al quale loro stessi hanno detto sempre di tenerci tanto, per simili motivi. Onestamente penso che non sia solo una questione di sicurezza altrimenti che dire del papa e tutte le altre persone?
Spero che i motivi siano molto importanti perchè sicuramente i ragazzi perderanno moltissimo in immagine, certo noi fans siamo qui per sostenerli anche nei momenti più difficili e gravi, ma altre persone, in primo luogo la stampa sopratutto italiana, non aspetta altro che un pretesto per denigrare il Volo.
Una mia amica fans del Volo e in vacanza a Roseto degli Abruzzi, martedì 26 luglio è riuscita a trovare Gianluca in spiaggia e a fare una foto con lui, gli ha chiesto della GMG e lui le ha risposto che non vedevano l’ora di andare e che sarebbero partiti ieri. Tutto questo ci dice la verità sul loro impegno e che alla base le motivazioni della disdetta devono essere profonde.
Purtoppo in Italia già circolano commenti che forse hanno rinunciato per partecipare ad una festa VIP (non posso assolutamente crederci), oppure che volevano un compenso più alto (altra cosa a cui non credo).
Sono d’accordo con Lydka che la delusione dei fans polacchi è enorme e Gianluca Piero e Ignazio per primi ci debbano un chiarimento e se fosse un ordine del loro management alla quale devono per forza ubbidire, in questo caso si impongano o perderanno tantissimo rispetto.

Town due to security will be unavailable for cars,therefore many residents of Krakow are leaving from the town, normal transport in the town is almost non-functional. So, with car is unable to get to the town,Poles are doing everything that all participants feel safe,this is normal and I think in this world all countries certainly would have done the same ! Donna I have exactly the same opinion.It´s not money but justifiable concerns about safety of boys.
Come also to Poland POPE + huge crowd of Christians in one place and this is also a great opportunity for their enemiens.

I have to say thank goodness that the Italian newspapers that never wasted too IL VOLO have not given much prominence to the news of the participation in World Youth Day , and now also have almost taken over the lack of participation IL VOLO

I have read that those who have already heard this song said that it suits perfectly to their voices and is a powerful song on listening , that will touch our souls in the deepest.

Donna I have exactly the same opinion.It´s not money but justifiable concerns about safety of boys.
Come also to Poland POPE + huge crowd of Christians in one place and this is also a great opportunity for their enemiens.

It is now 5:57 PM in Krakow and I am sure the boys are sad that they are not there to sing. I feel my frustration is because I knew their singing at the two events would have been special. Right now we all need to say a silent prayer for the Pope, the young people gathered there and for Il Volo.
I’m sure they are disappointed and it would have been wonderful for them to be with all the young people and Pope Francis. I hope they do record the new Ave Maria composed for this special event. God bless them all and keep them safe!

It is sad to hear how critical the press can be about Piero, Ignazio and Gianluca. I feel they are the best ambassadors for Italy, its lovely people and its bel canto.
