They talk about their upcoming US tour and their musical repertoire.
They speak of their classic genre, but which has now become an alternative and of their commitment to bring this musical genre to the knowledge of the very young.
They tell of one of the moments that they remember with pleasure, when they met the Italian soldiers on a mission in Lebanon.
With this beautiful photo, Sony informs us that the new 10-year CD, The Best of IL VOLO, has reached third place in the Italian ranking.
Considering that the first place is held by a rapper much followed by the very young, and the second place is held by Zucchero, who is well known and followed and has proposed a CD of unpublished works, I would say that the third place, for a CD-compilation that reports songs already known of these 10 years …. I would say that it is a very good result.
On Sunday 17 in the late evening (almost midnight) a brief preview of the Matera concert was broadcast on Channel 5, and there was a record number of listeners!
And here is the announcement of Piero, who warns that they will be in Striscia la Notizia. (In Strip, they usually give the golden tapir, the boys took it because of the news of the Swiss hotel.)

Moreover the boys send an ideal hug to all the inhabitants of Matera who in these days have had weather-related disasters.

Once again a “Big Thank You” to you Daniela and Pitterpato for all the exciting news on our favorite trio!! I get tired just watching the events in so many locations! Oh to be in your twenties again with endless stamina! There is one thing I wish and that is for a promotion of their CD and 10 year celebration here in the States at some large stores as they have been doing in Italy. I don’t think that they have had one here in a number of years. Also some American TV appearances would be nice!!Grazie!!

It would be really beautiful, to be able to see them on some TV shows.
They really are a tour de force and maintain such a demanding schedule. Even though they are busy they always look great, they smile and are courteous ,and are very responsive both to interviewers and their fans. They even look like they are having fun. In these days of so much national and international chaos and problems, I look to them to provide an escape into the beautiful world of their soothing music. They are a part of every day.
