The musical trio “Il Volo” appointed UNICEF Italy Ambassadors
The three young singers of “Il Volo”, triumphant at the 2015 edition of the Sanremo Festival, have since yesterday been Ambassadors of UNICEF Italy. The appointment live during the “Porta a porta” broadcast.
March 6, 2015 – The popular trio “Il Volo”, winner of the last Sanremo Festival, has been nominated Goodwill Ambassador of UNICEF Italy “to raise awareness and involve young people on the problems of childhood, witnessing and promoting with their commitment to world of music solidarity and support for UNICEF initiatives.”
“The Italian Committee” continues the motivation for the appointment “entrusts you with the message of hope of the millions of children that UNICEF helps so that you can be their spokesperson in all parts of the world.”
UNICEF Italy President Giacomo Guerrera appoints the trio “Il Volo” UNICEF Ambassadors.
