This is a really nice video of Ignazio singing “Somos Novios”. He’s on Skype with his girlfriend Alessandra while he sings. Watch him dance with her during the musical refrain. (Kudos ~ All Things Il Volo)

I mentioned that I was big fan of tennis and still I like tennis as a viewer.When I was younger I collected  tennis posters, I gave away some of them ( for example gave as gifts few posters of Novak to my former friend ), but I still have quite a nice collection ( Djokovič, Federer, Nadal, Wawrinka, Tsonga, David Ferrer, Juan Carlos Ferrero, Berdych, Sharapova, Venus Williams, Ivanovič, Henin,Azarenka…).  I mentioned in comment that I have book about Nole, also about Roger, and I got as gift from friend autograph from Djokovič, so that as evidence that I am not a liar I send photos of books, 2 posters and autograph. 🙂

Common Italian Words and Phrases

Italian is known for being one of the most beautiful languages there is. It is the language of Dante and Da Vinci, and the direct descendent of Latin. When learning Italian, however, it might help to start with the basics.
When you meet people you will have to communicate with them, introduce yourself, and know how to ask and answer some basic questions. You may not be fluent yet, and you may not be quoting renaissance poetry, but at least you can communicate and find your way around, which will open up many doors for you when you’re traveling around Italy.

  3. Thank you girls for all the information just posted & also for Ignazio’s heartfelt song to Alessandro. He is definitely a romantic & she is a very lucky girl to have attracted the handsomest man who is our heartthrob. How many times have I said I am going to learn Italian now I can take another stab at it again. I would like to know where in Toronto is the BEST Italian restaurant. So far haven’t found out yet. After this move I am going to realy save to go to Italy & I will find the best restaurant there.

I have to say that Alessandra is one lucky girl to win the heart of our precious Ignazio. I can’t even imagine what it feels like to have these beautiful words of love sung to you and for you by our Ignazio. Oh if only……..

  8. Thank you for all the interesting facts about Italy and also the many helpful words and phrases. And while I have picked up some words and phrases, it is nice to learn more. The video of Ignazio was lovely! I remember seeing a really beautiful video of Gianluca singing “lo Che Amo Solo Te” at the concert to his girlfriend Martina. I believe it was in Abruzzi. He came over near the end of the song singing it to her and then hugging her. I thought it was one of the most romantic things I have ever seen, especially for one so young! It is a beautiful song and I hope he will sing it more in concerts or on a CD.

  9. There was a 6.2 Earthquake in Italy at 3.30am Wednesday. Six people have been found dead in the city of Norcia in the province of Perugia, which is north east of Rome. They expect to find more people in the rubble of the building’s. The guy’s probably don’t know about it yet, as they would be sleeping.
    My heart and prayers go out to the people of Italy.

  11. So sorry for Italy. I hope the boys families are ok. They must be very anxious to return home. Ercole was tweeting during the aftershocks so I think the boys knew what was happening.
    On a happier note, yes Alessandra is a very lucky woman and Igna a lucky man to have found each other. We wish them all the best life has to offer.❤️
