How awesome were our guys at the Latin American Music Awards? Receiving another standing ovation? They were amazing! I’m going to be posting pictures and videos in the next day or so, so look for that, but first, we have to pay the bills.
It is time for the yearly payment to WordPress for this site. In the past, the board members have gladly paid the cost for providing this site. It is very reasonable and for the love of Il Volo, we were and are happy to do it. But many of you have continued to be so generous in your giving that we currently have more than enough donations to pay for the coming year and still have a good amount left over. If you all would agree, we would like to use some of your donations to pay the subscription cost.

LIGHTS! CAMERAS! ACTION! STARS for NIAF 40th ANNIVERSARY GALA WEEKEND—OCTOBER 16-18 in D.C.

As part of NIAF’s lineup of celebrities, actors Danny Aiello, Chazz Palminteri and AnnabellaSciorra; singer and songwriter Giada Valenti; performer Tom Sinatra; The Washington Chorus;The Sicilian Tenors, Aaron Caruso, Elio Scaccio and Sam Vitale, will join Il Volo tenors Piero Barone and Ignazio Boscetto, and baritone Gianluca Ginoble, as part of the weekend performances.
Back by popular demand, the Foundation’s Friday evening extravaganza will feature SNL legend, NIAF Celebrity Ambassador, actor, entertainer and radio host Joe Piscopo and celebrity guests for a celebration of Frank Sinatra’s 100th birthday.
Il Volo will also be performing on the red carpet at the 71st Columbus Day Parade, the largest celebration of Italian American heritage and culture in the world that is organized by the Columbus Citizens Foundation. The Parade takes place from11:30 am – 3:00 pm on Monday, October 12th and will be broadcast on ABC starting at noon.
Gianluca’s mom posted this photo of a personalized wine bottle commemorating Il Volo Live 2015 Tour…A gift from Maestro Diego Basso, who conducted the orchestras this summer in Italia.
