Il Volo will perform this Thursday, March 23, on the Home & Family Show (10 AM-12 PM, EST), on the Hallmark Channel. I so hope they’ll be featured throughout the show, as they were when they appeared on the show both on June 19 and November 25, 2013. (FYI: The show re-airs the following day, Friday, March 24, 12-2 PM, EST.)

LAST CHANCE FOR LAS VEGAS CONCERT TICKETS!

Hello Marie,

Circumstances here at home are going to prevent me from attending the Las Vegas IL VOLO concert this Saturday. I have 2 tickets that I am not allowed to sell online because they are VIP merchandise package tickets, NOT MEET & GREET. The 2 tickets I bought are:

“Notte Magica” Exclusive Merchandise Package Includes:
-Premium Seat Ticket
-Exclusive Il Volo Merchandise Item

I have attached a screen shot of the seats and where they are located. My sister called the VIP phone number and they said that they are able to transfer the VIP package to anyone she tells them to. So it is possible to still get the Il Volo merchandise.

Would you know of anyone that would want to purchase these tickets. I paid $250 each for them and would take $150 each for them.

Please let me know as soon as you can.

Ineke turned me on to “The Bala Brothers“. They are a South African multi-award winning trio, and are renowned for infusing Classical Opera sounds with those of Popular African Music they call it “Popera” (sound familiar?), a new generation of African inspired classical music. They are real brothers and are terrific!  I think you will like them and the type of music they sing.

They are not our Boys.  Like Mary Bohling said the other day, “I’m afraid our Guys are raising the bar too high,” but The Bala Brothers are pretty good.  Interesting in the past couple of years how the popular/classical/ opera genre has come into fashion around the world.  I’m not saying our Guys started it, but they sure rule it!

Also, besides me and Simon Cowell, has anyone else discovered “Collabro“?

Of course I couldn’t close without one of these.  Among my very favorites.

Meet Ineke

The Lovely Lady proudly displaying this years concert t-shirt is Ineke. Although you have to look hard for her occasional comments, she is an avid Flight Crew Member and my friend. She has been with The Flight Crew since the “old site” and reads us three times a day! Believe me she knows all of you! I’m happy to spotlight her so you can all meet this Crew Sister. Ineke hasn’t had a chance to actually see her beloved Il Volo Boys (Gianluca!) in concert yet. She is going to have to wait for them to come a little closer to her home in Amanzimtoti, KwaZuluNatal, South Africa.
