His Story, His Passion, His Way!

If any one of the three is different, it is Gianluca. What is it about Gianluca that makes him so different from Piero and Ignazio?  Let’s start with his childhood. While Piero and Ignazio were busy with their singing lessons and piano lessons, Gianluca was busy living out his passions! Gianluca has never had a singing lesson in his life. Unbelievable, right!
As to his music, it was always his passion. Yes, Gianluca has more than one passion, but it is this passion that got him to Ti Lascio una Canzone.
Gianluca was shy as a child. He would turn his face to the wall and sing, but this didn’t mean he didn’t enjoy singing, on the contrary, he loved it. In fact, he said “I sang because it made me happy!” And this happiness became his passion.
So, let’s examine his passion, his amazing voice
Gianluca is a lyrical baritone. He is exceptional because he can sing from the lowest to the highest note in the baritone range. Most baritones are limited in range. Gianluca’s voice is huge. He has a very rich chest resonance which creates a feeling of depth and drama in his voice.

A baritone’s voice is very romantic, very pleasing to listen to and is always inviting. Most songs are written for baritones. Gianluca starts, almost, every song. Why? In order for a song to be received well you must draw your audience into it. Gianluca’s voice draws you in in a romantic way and you hang on to every note. He can mesmerize you with songs like “Mi Mancherai” where he reaches into the depth of your being. His interpretation of “Surrender” is electrifying. But, when Gianluca sings, “She’s Always a Woman”, he takes your breath away. The highs, the lows, the emotion, the expression. His voice expands like nothing I ever heard before. He has total command of the song. You walk away with your senses lifted to another level.

So how did his voice become the phenomenal voice that it is today? Let’s look back to see what Gianluca had to say about this….
When I was about eight or nine years old, all those who knew me gave me the same advice: go sing in a choir. In Roseto there was the Piccolo Choir of Roses directed by the master Susy Paola Rizzo. The choir was nice because we studied the songs throughout the winter season, not the technique of singing, the songs. It was different, because we did not study the notes and how to do them, rather we studied instinctively, following what the teacher said and what our ear heard. Then, in the summer, we performed in the Municipality of Roseto. We sang in the squares during the local festivals, in the lidos, in the bathing establishments, around the whole of Abruzzo, all these tiny villages.
Obviously studying to sing instinctively was enough to get Gianluca to Ti Lascio una Canzone.  In fact, because of his instinctive singing in the Roseto Choir he was discovered and off to Rome he went!
On the stage at Ti Lascio una Canzone, we find Gianluca singing with some famous Italian entertainers.
When Gianluca sang “Il Mare Calmo della Sera” with world renowned tenor Gianluca Terranova, Terranova was surprised by Gianluca’s amazing voice.

And who can forget the duet with Riccardo Cocciante.

Gianluca stunned the audience with his beautiful “Ave Maria!”

Gianluca and Sara Pischedda topped it off with a duet of “Vivo per lei.” Beautiful young voices flowing together.

But where has this passion for singing led Gianluca. Ten years into his career Gianluca spoke to Luca Maggitti of the Roseto Star about the most amazing adventure of his life. He begins….
The happiness of having made my passion my job: not everyone has this great privilege in life. This fills my heart with joy and gives meaning to everything.
At home with his family for Christmas in 2020 Gianluca said…
I was thinking about it these days, sitting at the table with my family. During the Christmas holidays, I return to the memory of many beautiful moments, and I tell my family about them. And when I remember certain moments, it seems almost like a fairy tale. Sometimes I would like to pinch myself and ask myself: but did it all really happen?
Thinking about the first ten years, Gianluca says…
The basic awareness that everything has happened, ennobled by the slight naivety of those who find it difficult to believe in it, as long as I have this childish genuineness, I will have the strength to do better and better.
And Gianluca talked about traveling around the world ten times and what he brought back from these visits.
The greatest emotion of all is the incredulity of seeing countries and peoples in the world so different from each other in everything – culture, traditions, food, religion, behaviors – but they are united by their passion for our musical genre. From the composed and attentive Japanese audience to the most passionate and wild South American, the common trait is our songs. This is really incredible, because I think it is also the strength of bel canto, which manages to unite people who seem to be very far away.
Every concert is special to me, because it is a blessing. I love to sing and in this long period of stop I sing every day, in my house. So, when I have the pleasure of doing it for the audience it’s always a wonderful moment for me. Wanting to build a podium, obviously we start from the one in New York, which received a very important recognition that surprised and honored us. Then, linking myself to the previous reflection, I would like to recall the beauty of two concerts held at opposite sides of the world: the one at the Bunkamura in Tokyo and the one at the Luna Park in Buenos Aires. In Japan the audience was extremely calm, silent, very attentive. In Argentina, on the other hand, there was a much warmer and more visceral atmosphere. The thing that unites these two concerts is the passion of those who came to listen to us and, therefore, the magic of seeing different people united by music.
The true Gianluca comes alive in the playfulness of his beautiful delivery of “La Danza.”

Gianluca talks about music being the oxygen of his life….
In the affection of my family and in the serenity of Montepagano, I have to wait for the pandemic to pass and for there to be security conditions for everyone. Only in this way will we be able to return to the concert and be happy again, united by the music that for me is the oxygen of my life.
This oxygen is evident in Gianluca’s beautiful interpretation of “Bridge over Troubled Water”

After each concert, Gianluca reflects on how it went….
Humanly speaking, the habit of traveling and the pleasure of always adapting to new circumstances, the tears of joy of the public, the facets and sensations that the work I do which is the most beautiful in the world gives me, professionally speaking, my reflections on how it went and how the concert was, after each performance.
Yes, it is very important out of respect for those who come to listen to us and to always improve ourselves. One thing that strikes me is the ability I have developed, over the years, to perceive the reactions of the public to our concerts and, specifically, to my performance. I think I have the right empathy to feel people’s emotions when I sing.
Gianluca has a certain sensitivity to the audience, and he reflects on this each time….
My sensitivity tells me if the audience liked something or not, if I could do it better. I am extremely self-critical, and this allows me to understand if everything went well or when and where I could do better. And, with a bit of presumption, I dare to tell you that I am rarely wrong. So, when after a concert I tell myself that I could have done this or that thing better, I take action to do it better on the next date. And in a world tour of 50 dates, continuous improvement is possible and necessary.
At the Latin Billboard Awards in 2013, the guys sang “El Triste.” This is when you really meet Il Volo. Truly three voices become one! A Symphony of Love

Meanwhile, having acquired self-awareness, learning to manage one’s emotions and empathy, avoiding any authoritarianism. Then the strength to believe in yourself to convey trust to the people around you and who share this wonderful and challenging journey with you, because there is always a need for security and we who are the leaders of a project must be an example, certainly remaining humble but aware of our value, just to protect the beauty of what has been built and protect all those who are part of our home.

At Radio City Music Hall, the guys bring the fans to their feet with every song!

Gianluca explains how over the last ten years he has grown by more than his 25 years of age.
I believe it is the result of a path of growth, of the books I read and of the people who enrich you with their reflections and their examples. I think there is always a reason for success. And if success – excuse the pun – keeps happening, there’s a reason. So, since for many people you are a point of reference, while remaining a human being and therefore vulnerable, you must do everything to be a positive example, a charismatic leader who transmits security and serenity. Of course, this is a path and I have learned it over the years. At the beginning I was much shyer and more reserved, but then the world tours and experiences tempered me, now, I think positively.
And of course, like Piero and Ignazio, Gianluca awaits the day when they will return to the concerts….

The desire is to be able to return to live those wonderful moments, the hope is that this will happen as soon as possible, because it would mean a world healed and divided. Quoting the great Lucio Dalla: ‘I am preparing.’
The collaboration between brothers is extraordinary and in “Por una Cabeca,” Gianluca shines, and they share a very special moment.

Gianluca’s passion has taken him around the world ten times and on the world tours, Gianluca brings along his other passion. His passion for his country! He is the perfect Ambassador for Abruzzo! When he speaks about Abruzzo and about Italy, in general, on his tours he brings his fans a passion that is very close to his heart! Like music and country, Gianluca has a passion for family and soccer. Combine the four passions and you have His Story, His Passion! His Way!

IT IS TIME FOR GREAT LOVES by Daniela

At the end of November 2021, this beautiful article by Donatella Aragozzini was published in the GRAND HOTEL newspaper.
The article is about the “new girls” of our young men. I have waited so far to publish it, because GRAND HOTEL is clearly a gossip newspaper, and then there were many live events to follow, but above all because I did not want to start useless gossip, since the two stories were very recent.
This interview draws many ideas from the VERISSIMO television show, in reality I believe that the whole article was written, just drawing the sentences, from that broadcast.
This is the cover of the GRAND HOTEL newspaper, as you can see Il Volo is on the cover, I translate the words written in the middle,
Gianluca and Ignazio de Il Volo announce: “We have found great love”, and Piero says: “I’m working on it.”
And here is the whole translation of the entire article.
Young, beautiful and talented, with a success that knows no bounds.
And now also with a heart full of love.
Far away, are the times of “Ti lascio una canzone”, where Gianluca Ginoble, Piero Barone, and Ignazio Boschetto made their debut little more than children, before becoming famous all over the world with the name Il Volo.
Today, the three “tenorini”, launched by Antonella Clerici’s program, are almost thirty-year-old men, who are beginning to look to a future made not only of music, and to dream of the “Grande Amore”, to quote the song with which triumphed at the Sanremo Festival in 2015.
Gianluca Ginoble is sure to have found her, who, what has never happened so far, made a relationship official, talking about it openly.
Always jealous of his privacy and reluctant to talk about his feelings, this time the singer from Abruzzo said it without fear:
“I’m engaged and really in love. I can say it publicly: I’m happy.”
He, who “is engaged intermittently, on leasing, because he changes every two years”, as Boschetto teases him, is now very convinced of his choice, ready to bet that “in two years the girl will be the same”.
The lucky one who stole his heart is called Eleonora, like his mother, but it is her surname that tells a lot about her: Venturini Storaro, where Storaro immediately brings to mind grandfather Vittorio, one of the greatest directors of photography in world cinema, three times Oscar winner (for “Apocalypse Now”, “Reds” and “The Last Emperor”).
They have been together, “for a while”, explains Gianluca, and guilty, therefore, could have been in August, the shooting of the short film shot in the Frasassi Caves, in which the three tenors paid tribute to Ennio Morricone, singing one of his compositions most famous, “Your Love” (from the film Once upon a time in the west): on that occasion, behind the camera, there was the great “cinematographer”, as Storaro likes to call himself, flanked by his daughter Francesca, who as an architect took care of the lighting, and of her daughter Eleonora.
The words written in yellow say:
“Ginoble loves Eleonora, the granddaughter of a three-time Oscar winner.”
On the photo, the words written in white say:
“Here is the shot that Gianluca Ginoble chose to present his girlfriend: her name is Eleonora Venturini Storaro, and she is the granddaughter of Vittorio Storaro (with her in the box), the director of photography, winner of three Oscars, including the one for The Last Emperor. “
Tall, with a cascade of black hair and deep dark eyes, the young Roman also enchanted the audience of the Venice Film Festival, where she walked the red carpet, together with her grandfather and the trio, to present a preview of the short film, in a blue dress that highlighted her long model legs.
Yes, because although she graduated with full marks in Fashion and Costume Sciences at the Sapienza University of Rome, then specializing in Fashion Design at the Marangoni Institute in Milan, Eleonora also works as a model. However, it is difficult to think that beauty is the only “weapon” unlined to conquer Ginoble.
Before her, the tenor, in fact, had several other girlfriends, real or alleged, from a certain Martina, who was close to him for a couple of years, to Francesca, a girl from his country, resembling Silvia Toffanin, from Mercedes Henger, to the Neapolitan actress Pasqualina Sanna, former competitor of “La pupa e il secchione”. (honestly Mercedes Henger and Pasqualina Sanna have never been engaged to Gianluca)
Yet, on none of them he has ever expressed himself, keeping every story to himself, while this time he wanted to share his happiness with the fans, publishing a shot with his new partner with the caption:
“And then I met you ……”, to underline how she has that something extra that makes her special in his eyes.
“Without taking anything away from the others, Eleonora is a very good girl”, Boschetto confirmed, “We are really happy that she is part of this family, because we are a big family.”
And the “family” now also includes Ana Paula Guedes, the splendid Brazilian professional from the “Dança dos Famosos” program (the carioca version of our “Dancing with the stars”), who last year literally made Ignazio lose his head. Suffice it to say that, to hold her in his arms, the Sicilian did not hesitate to face a journey of nine thousand kilometers, over twelve hours by plane.
“I’m in a moment of my life where I feel great,” he says, with an ecstatic expression on his face. “She is beautiful, but above all she is very beautiful inside, a beautiful person.”
On the photo, the words in yellow say:
“Boschetto is crazy about Ana Paula, a Brazilian dancer.”
The black words say:
“The woman who won Ignazio’s heart is blonde: her name is Ana Paula Guedes and she is a Brazilian dancing with the stars teacher. We met during the pandemic, he says.”
“We met during the pandemic: it was strange because we spent eight months exchanging messages, hearing and video calling each other, then, at the first opportunity, I went to Brazil to meet her, and from there, we got to know each other, slowly slowly . We don’t know each other one hundred percent yet, but we are very much in love.”
So much to think about tomorrow: if she replied to a fan that the wedding “one day it will happen and it will be very beautiful”, he confesses that he would not mind becoming a dad because “I always liked the idea of being a young father, I’m meeting the right person now, who knows …..”
And Piero Barone? His last official story dates back to three years ago, when he was paired with Valentina Allegri, the daughter of Juventus coach Massimiliano Allegri.
But after their goodbye, he has not met anyone capable of making his heart beat in the same way.
“Love is such a strong feeling that it must be protected, many have been lucky enough to find a soul mate, I still don’t, but I know it’s out there somewhere”, he says, specifying that “feeling good and happiness is not the same thing, for now I’m fine, and I’m happy with this.”
However, it does not mean that Piero does not want to find that happiness, and to build something important with a woman, since he admits:
“I see a future with a family, with children, I believe it is the real reason for living”.
In short, for the moment he is single, but also ready to welcome him with open arms, when arrives, the ……. Great Love.
The words in the red box say:
“After having conquered the world singing love, the time has come for Gianluca and Ignazio to live it.
– I am still looking for it- says Piero, – but I know it is somewhere .“
As I have already said, at the beginning I did not want to start a lot of gossip, so I kept this article “in the drawer” and I waited for things to be made clearer by Gianluca and Ignazio.
In fact, Gianluca started posting photos with Eleonora, she followed him for the Il Volo event in Dubai, here are their beautiful photos.
Ignazio had to wait for the Christmas holidays to reach his beloved.
But, as you can see from these photos, Ignazio did not only go to Brazil, he brought with him the other two women of his life, his mother and his sister, thus confirming that his is not a simple momentary falling in love, but it is much more.
The man you see here with Ignazio and Ana Paula, posted the photo with these words of his comment:
“What a joy to celebrate the penultimate day of the year with the people we love so much! Thank you @ignazioboschetto and @aniinhaguedes for the welcome and affection of friendship! May the Lord Jesus always bless and strengthen your lives! Your love is so beautiful that it oozes and touches us all! United always !!!
Yes, don’t you get sidetracked by his clothing, this man is a priest.
But the most beautiful photos are certainly these two: how wonderful to see our two young men so happy !! ❤❤
The new year has begun and the photos of the two couples continue to arrive, Eleonora has also celebrated her birthday these days.
You will have noticed, in these last photos, that Gianluca and Ignazio have removed their beards.
Now they look like two kids and even Piero did the same and on himself too . . . the same effect !! 😮
At the end, what can I say, actually two beautiful girls, Eleonora and Ana Paula.
Gianluca and Ignazio confirmed that they are constant in the canons of their female choices: Gianluca’s girl is dark-haired with long, straight hair and Ignazio’s is blonde.
What we may not have expected was that both the women have roles that put them “in the spotlight”.
Eleonora is also a model and also an influencer. Ana Paula, with her work, is always on television.
When the photos of the two couples began to be published, many rude and absurd comments were written on many Facebook pages. To the Fandom, who may like or not like the two girls, I don’t think a rude attitude is right (in some cases I would dare to say absurd jealousy), even before knowing these two girls well.
For my part, seeing Ignazio so happy is priceless and Gianluca is no exception.
Let’s give time to time and enjoy their happiness.

What Makes Ignazio Different?

Seems like a funny title for a story but many people say to me Ignazio is different from Gianluca and Piero! Well, of course, they are all different from one another. In any event, I decided I would take a closer look to see what these differences are. To do this, we need to go back to the beginning! No not to when he was born but when they were born! Il Volo!
When Ignazio stepped on that stage13 years ago, he did a duet with some very famous entertainers, and he was singing their songs.
Let’s listen to a song from Ti Lascio una Canzone!

I always loved when Massimo Ranieri sang “Quando l’amore diventa poesia.” But when Ignazio sang it with him, I could see the amazement on Ranieri’s face. I think he knew that Ignazio would own this song! Ranieri was in total awe of Ignazio. I love you Massimo, but Ignazio does own this song! No one sings it like him!
Let’s listen to another song!

When Ignazio sang “A Chi,” I understood who Ignazio was. There was no song he couldn’t sing. I can’t even express the feeling I got when he sang that song. The depth of his voice! The expression! Just amazing!  Fausto Leali was, also, in awe of this teenager. I just fell in love with this performance!
So that was some of his performances on Ti Lascio una Canzone but that isn’t what makes him different! Let’s listen to another song! When Ignazio sings Memory he brings out another feeling in us! A feeling that we can hear a song a hundred times and love it but never appreciate it until the right person sings it!

How does Ignazio stand out as one of the three? Let’s talk about his voice! I call Ignazio the bridge. He is a lyrical tenor. He can sing from the lowest to the highest note in the tenor range. And God knows he can, easily, hit the high C. Waiting for it and knowing it’s going to happen is so exciting! His voice brings all voices together!

A lyrical tenor has a warm graceful voice which is bright and strong but not heavy and it can be heard over an orchestra. Ignazio’s voice is smooth, clean and clear, with an acute extension. His voice has the ability to increase the baritone voice of Gianluca while softening the spinto tenor voice of Piero.
Ignazio has many faces. He is very whimsical in many of his songs as in “Libiamo ne’ lieti calici” from La Traviata.

In the aria “Una Furtiva Lagrima” from L’elisir D’amore, Ignazio makes you feel the innocents of Nemorino’s love for Adina.

In his dedication to Pino Daniele, you hear an interpretation that is so emotional and a delivery that is so amazing that you get the sense that Daniele wrote his songs for Ignazio.
These are the different voices of Ignazio but to understand Ignazio better, we need to go to another video. One that I use from time to time and one of my favorite videos of the guys when they were starting out!

This video of the guys recording “Tous le visages de l’ amour” tells me so much about their beginnings. They were phenomenal. They barely knew one another and yet they showed how professional they were. From the very beginning they knew what was expected of them and what they needed to do. Amazing to think they were only 16 – 17 years old.
But let’s take a closer look at the video and a closer look at Ignazio.
The first thing we notice of course is Ignazio’s voice! How can you miss it! It rings out and takes over the song! Powerful! But let’s look further. You will notice Ignazio is already getting into the production end of the recording. He’s already following the music. He’s on top of what is happening around him, in the studio, not just his part in it, but everyone’s part. But what I want you to see is how serious and responsible he is. After the recording, he begins to tell us how the recording went that night. Piero, jokingly, interrupts! At first you think he’s going to get angry, but he doesn’t he plays right along with Piero. Even knowing this moment called for a serious discussion, he immediately took control and went along with Piero. Always in control!
So, we see Ignazio coming from a different direction. He understands the moment! He understands what is expected of him and, he understands that great sacrifices were made so that he could do this. He knows when it’s important to be serious and when it’s important to be funny!
No one understands music better than Ignazio does. I’m sure Piero and Gianluca will tell you that. They will also tell you that no one knows the stage or the production better than Ignazio.  That’s why he is the technical person, the hands-on man. He always knows what needs to be done and when it needs to happen. So, I will show you another video for you to understand what I’m talking about!

This happened in Dubrovnik. Ignazio steps on the stage and immediately recognizes that Gianluca is having a problem. So, he sings his part and then immediately begins to fix Gianluca’s problem. You will notice Ignazio already has things under control and has already started changing out equipment while they are still getting things together behind the scenes! They are just arriving with the equipment but, too late, Ignazio has already taken his own equipment and exchanged it with Gianluca and then he walks away, and the performance goes on. He is really hands on. He always knows what’s going on and what needs to be done! He has a very precise quick mind!
Look at him on stage!
Ignazio is the ultimate entertainer. He is the production. His presence is there in every aspect of the production. He is a prolific entertainer! He sees music! He feels music! He breathes music! Follow him around the stage. The little gestures aren’t just for our entertainment they are real movements within each song. Ignazio is the means by which the production moves on.  We know these guys have amazing voices but, what if they got on the stage and for two hours, they did nothing but sing. I don’t think it would work. A performance needs the ability to move on. There’s no change of scenery and no intermission so how do you move the performance along? Ignazio! The joking he brings into the performance provides the levity to relive the seriousness of the performance. He brings a certain ease and suspense to the performance. The audience is always wondering, what will he do next?
Let me tell you what you are looking at. Ignazio is following every note that is sung or played on that stage. His mind is in motion. He is sensitive and passionate with music. He has the ability to see the music as it is happening. He knows where every instrument should come in and out. That’s why you notice little things like him smiling, nodding, pointing towards the musicians, Gianluca or Piero.
You call Ignazio funny I call him brilliant! I’ve said this before, but I will say it again! I am making a prediction here! Ignazio will compose a great opera one day. And probably write the libretto! Remember I said that Ignazio!
But we also know Ignazio loves plays. So, there could be a great production, a Broadway play in his future. They say, “Nothing is impossible with God.” I will say “God had a great plan here and maybe this is part of it!”

Ignazio proved to us during the pandemic that being in quarantine doesn’t quarantine your mind. No, it opens your mind to different ways of producing! This video showed just how brilliant this man is. He wouldn’t be held back by his circumstances. He felt a need to produce and even though the moment didn’t allow it, he found a way to overcome his confinement and sing out! An absolutely phenomenal performance by Ignazio! And let’s not forget the amazing men who accompanied him. Giampiero Grani, Alessandro Quarta, Bruno Farinelli, Gino de Vita, Pierluigi Mingotti and Andrea Morelli.
Ignazio’s experience and love of the production has led him to take a giant step into his future!
Of the three, Ignazio is the one who has already set his future in motion. I know Piero has a phenomenal plan to become an opera singer and I plan to be there when he sings in his first opera, but Ignazio has already made the first move to pave the way for a future doing the thing he loves most!

At 25 Ignazio started his own production company.  Does that surprise you? It doesn’t surprise me. It makes a lot of sense to me. At the beginning of 2020 Ignazio started a production company called, Floki Production and the first person he signed was Nico Arezzo! And the first song he released was Gorilla!

In 2021 Ignazio signed another artist, Giada Luppi. As most of you know Giada is a World Championship Skater. The eighteen-year-old won the Gold Medal in the Junior Category and became the World Champion in Paraguay. Giada sings and skates to her song La Rotta, (The Route) that she and Ignazio wrote together.
I don’t think Ignazio will stop there! Let’s look at Ignazio the lyricist and composer! Who can ever forget Màkari?

When asked about the song, Ignazio explained how he experienced Sicily. He said, “It is a Sicily as told by a twenty-five-year-old who lived Sicily through stories, through images!… It speaks of “a land of sages and a land of fools, made from devils and saints.”
Ignazio invites you to live a new reality through his eyes. He invites us to see a different side of Sicily through his beautiful theme song, Màkari.
This song speaks volumes! Where did the words to this song come from? Ignazio’s heart! There is something very mysterious about the song. Besides the fact that it speaks of a land of sages and fools, it also speaks of truth! The truth as seen through Ignazio’s eyes.
Think about the words of the song! Is Ignazio talking about the writer who leaves his home and returns after a long period of time or the entertainer who travels the world? The similarities in his life and the life of the writer, Saverio, (played by Claudio Gioe) are striking, that’s why he was able to write such an emotional song!
This song is the perfect theme song for the series! I feel like Ignazio wrote the song and then they made the show. His words are very enticing, they pull you into the story. They tell all there is to know and, Ignazio tells us a story, through the imagery of his words!
That’s what’s so amazing about Ignazio. As a composer and lyricist, he can take you to another place, another dimension. I know he will not stop at this song. He will continue to write!
We know there are more Morricone songs to come!
In the industry Ignazio has proven there is no place and no space he can’t occupy! Ignazio is more than just a phenomenal singer! He wears many different hats! Entertainer, Lyricist, Manager, Entrepreneur!”
It takes a certain person to do what Ignazio has done! It starts with a brilliant mind that keeps opening to new and exciting things every day. It takes a person who sees a certain reality in a world that addresses a new beginning every day. But above all it takes a dreamer to reach for the future and achieve it at such a young age. Ignazio is a dreamer! Only a dreamer could achieve what Ignazio has achieved in only 27 years! Ignazio what will you be like at 50? You’ve already done it all. I wish I will live many more years so I can be a witness to all the amazing things you will do!
What makes Ignazio Different? All of the above and all that will come in the future. My dream! I should live long enough to attend the opera he will compose! I’d certainly be opened to going to his first Broadway play! Ignazio never forget, “Nothing is impossible with God!”

Our youngest is turning 27! Tanti Auguri, Gian! Feb 11

OOPS!  So sorry, time IS flying too quickly!  He will be 27! 🙁

Yes, they are not children anymore, and now all of them will have passed the quarter century mark!  They’ve done more in their short lifetime, than most can imagine doing in their entire careers!

Sorry, a little late this year, time is flying so quickly!  But most should know the drill by now! 🙂

Time to choose a song to go with the lovely video created by Kelly!  🙂

Here are some guidelines:

  1. It is recommended you choose a song NOT sung by Il Volo or Gian….

  2. I know many cannot make up their minds, there are so many songs, but please keep your choices to the TOP THREE! (that is per person, not per email…)

  3. You may start sending in your wishes as well

    1. to make it easier on me, please send your wishes and birthday song in SEPARATE emails and indicate song or wish in the subject, as to make sure I don’t miss anyone, I delete them, after I add them to my file.  Sorry, it’s the way I do it….

  4. Please send all wishes and birthday song choices to:  ilvoloflightcrew@gmail.com

  5. PLEASE DO NOT POST ANYTHING ON FACEBOOK, I DO NOT GO ON THERE…

Ok, deadline for song choices are a little quick this time, but please send NO LATER THAN Wed, Jan 26, 2022.

Please send wishes NO LATER THAN Tue, Feb 8, 2022.

These dates with give both Kelly and I time to get everything together.   It takes both of us HOURS to put this together!  😉   And we both have full time jobs.

Thanks – Jana and Kelly 😉
