The Naples concert (Caserta) had been announced as the final date of the Italian outdoor tour, but a concert in Pordenone was subsequently added; that one, however, will certainly be different, as the President of the Italian Republic will be in attendance.
So, let’s turn to the Caserta concert—specifically:
September 8 Caserta
The concert took place in front of the magnificent Royal Palace of Caserta.
This is not the first time Il Volo has performed in front of this magnificent royal palace—here are a few historical facts about it.
The Royal Palace of Caserta is a royal residence located in Caserta that historically belonged to the House of Bourbon-Two Sicilies. Commissioned by Charles of Bourbon, the foundation stone—marking the start of construction—was laid on January 20, 1752, based on a design by Luigi Vanvitelli; he was later succeeded by his son Carlo and other architects. The palace was completed in 1845.
Francesco Boccia (songwriter of “Grande Amore”) also attended the concert; he posted this comment and video.

The three young artists continued their summer tour by captivating audiences in Campania (Naples is in the Campania region) during an evening that celebrated the excellence of Italian *bel canto*.
Caserta was filled with music and atmosphere last night as the renowned trio Il Volo stopped in the city for a thrilling concert.
Part of the “Un’estate da Belvedere” series—conceived and directed by Massimo Vecchione—the event transformed the extraordinary setting of the Royal Palace of Caserta into a natural stage for one of the world’s most acclaimed vocal ensembles.
Piero Barone, Ignazio Boschetto, and Gianluca Ginoble treated the audience to a performance that spanned the various facets of their repertoire, demonstrating once again why—after an eighteen-year career—they continue to represent the excellence of Italian music on the international stage.

Upcoming Events
Il Volo’s summer is just getting started. Their upcoming engagements will see the trio perform in Mantua on September 24, 26, and 27, 2026, as the stars of the fourth edition of “TUTTI PER UNO” at the magnificent Palazzo Te—a venue that, given its extraordinary cultural and historical significance, provides the perfect setting for their performances.
With the next concert in Pordenone scheduled for September 20th, we all expected the guys to have a few days of well-deserved rest—especially since rehearsals for the Mantua show were looming—but that wasn’t the case; on September 11th, Il Volo appeared as guests at a private event—the high-profile wedding of a Brazilian tycoon’s daughter—held in Puglia at the beautiful and renowned Borgo Egnazia.
But that’s not all: immediately after the wedding event, Il Volo left for Orlando, Florida, for another event—the National Dance Championships. They sang “Nessun Dorma,” receiving a standing ovation. 👏👏👏

Since Ignazio, Piero and Gianluca returned to Italy after the Australian tour, there has been a lot of new news that has brought many new things.
First of all, we recall that the boys had said that as soon as they returned to Italy they would prepare the Christmas event and for those who don’t remember, Il Volo will sing in Bethlehem, Palestine, in front of the grotto of the nativity.
This news had already been given by Il Volo during this year’s Porta a Porta(see the post Porta a Porta 2022 of 12/05/2022).
But where will this beautiful concert be broadcast? At the beginning it was said RAI1, but recently Mediaset has published this news:
“In prime time, on Canale 5, among the various appointments scheduled there is the one with a new concert that will have the three tenors of Il Volo as protagonists, the concert event of Il Volo will be broadcast on the evening of Saturday 24 December in prime time evening on Canale 5 and will mark the return of the three tenors in prime time.”
Mediaset also announces two event evenings with Il Volo, probably in 2023, but nothing is known about it.

Il Volo is ready to write the history of music again with a new song that will certainly galvanize the beloved audience.
Everything is still in working in progress mode, but the dream for enthusiasts will soon become reality. The new project of the three tenors, Ginoble-Boschetto-Barone hasn’t discovered all the cards yet, but it won’t be long before everything is realized.

Ignazio, Piero and Gianluca had just been in Italy when Gianluca published the news that they are returning to the US, but only for a couple of days. Destination Orlando, Florida!!!
After a moment of perplexity, from the clues our boys sent us, it was immediately clear that they were coming to Orlando to participate in the “Disney Christmas Parade”, immediately the fandom was shaken by the good news.

And what about this short video, I really like their version of “So This is Christmas”, will this be the single that will be released this Christmas?
I hope so, I really like this song and sung by them. It seems very beautiful, I hope to hear it many times everywhere this Christmas.

“The Wonderful World of Disney: Magical Holiday Celebration”, Sunday 27 November (20:00-22:00 ET). IL VOLO will sing “Adeste Fideles (O Come, All Ye Faithful)” and it will air on ABC and stream the following day on Hulu and Disney+.
“Disney Parks Magical Christmas Day Parade”, Sunday 25 December (10am to 12pm ET / 7am to 9am PT), and Il Volo will sing “ ”Buon Natale (War is Over)” will air on ABC, streaming live on Hulu for all subscribers.
And then, of course, as you already know, their new book was published:

I can tell you that I read it all in a few hours. It’s not very long, but really nice.
Ignazio, Gianluca and Piero have expressed their feelings with words that come directly from their heart, once again they make us understand the love for their families, they have carried out an introspective research with such humility. In a couple of steps I was moved.
I want to conclude this post with a sentence written by each of our beloved boys, in the new book:
PIERO:
